It was my boyfriends and I first time getting a massage, we walked in just asking pricing and the difference in each massage, the receptionist was very sweet and she was super helpful and made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions (we had a lot), we went into a room together (couple massage) I think overall we had a good experience, we both enjoyed it , the only reason I won't give it a 5 it's because they did have the door slightly open , not the biggest deal but I would have liked complete privacy, (my preference) since I was half exposed , loved the ginger tea they offered at the end, I will definitely be back ! We got Combo Swedish massage (60 min body and 30 minute feet) $110 And we added the cupping for $40 dollars for 20 minutes Total for both $300 read more

Good, cheap massage. I appreciate the door is cracked a bit during the massage for their safety and the client's. They also give out a full bottle of water instead of a teeny tiny paper cup. read more

I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage online, and it was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk immediately started asking what I wanted and for how long -- even though I told him I had already booked online. He didn't bother to check the computer, just rushed me into a room and slammed the door behind me. When I got in, the bed didn't even have linens on it. Just a paper-thin sheet that I had to spread out myself. I waited in that room for 20 minutes -- still no one showed up. I finally got dressed and decided to leave. The person at the front desk didn't say a single word as I walked out. As I was heading out the door, the therapist (who I assume was supposed to do my massage) came strolling in with a box of food, yelling for me to come back and saying she'd be right there. At that point, I told her I had already waited long enough and left. The whole experience was beyond unprofessional -- disorganized, unwelcoming, and just plain weird. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Ask for Coco amazing massage. I come here every time I go to Houston. Amazing service

It was a good experience on the girls trip. Great customer service and the staff was attentive. I would come back next time in Houston.

I've only tried this place once. I think the price and setup is nice. However, they put me with a male masseuse and he applied too much pressure even though I asked him to go lighter. You can smell the cigarette smoke on him. And it wasn't able to be private since it was a male and the door was slightly open. So I was disturbed by the other staff walking by and talking. read more

I was so happy to grab a last minute reservation for a deep tissue massage. I was quickly greeted and set up in my room. My masseuse was extremely professional and always checked in with me. He really helped relieve some lower back pain I was having due to heavy lifting. The price is great too! read more

So I just walked in here and I actually think I just had the best massage of my life!! My neck and back were totally stiff and all knotted and locked up from work recently. I've been getting migraines lately and it's been so difficult to sleep, life has been so miserable for me! I've literally had no peace from it all. Well, I was in the area seeing family and I thought I would give Sage Massage a try! Even after only 1 hour I really felt a difference. I actually feel loosened up for once! This felt like exactly what I've been needing - I am literally feeling SO relieved! ‍ My massage therapist was very friendly, and the place was so clean! I really didn't know what to expect, but everyone here was so nice and friendly! The receptionist helped explain the different services and I decided on the deep tissue massage. the price was definitely reasonable - about $80 for a deep tissue for 1 hour - reasonably priced for the galleria area. I could tell my therapist knew what she was doing, she definitely was confident, knowledgable, and professional with me the entire time. The whole experience was so awesome and such a treat I can't wait to go back! It was all so relaxing - This was totally worth it. I could literally feel my knots just melt away - my back and shoulders are feeling so much better! I highly recommend this place! 5 Star Service!!! Thanks Sage Massage! read more

This was possibly the worst massage I've ever had in my life. I don't typically write negative reviews, but this was that bad. The shop was clean and nice, but the masseuse was terrible. I tried to get help from the receptionist when I was leaving, but he was too busy playing video games or talking on the phone to friends. read more

I experienced it once! I often come to this store and get to know the staff! I bought it for my friend, and it is very cost-effective. The most important thing is that the massage technique is very good, and both the body and mind will be relaxed. read more

Bait & switch. This place offers a 25% off discount with your yelp check in, but doesn't honor it. The lady working there offered me $60 (originally priced at $70) for an hour massage, but then she tacked on a $5 fee for using my credit card. So I paid 65 bucks. According to my calculations, if they had honored my yelp check in, it should have been $52.50. Poor business practice, and I don't appreciate places that don't honor advertised discounts. No expiration date. No reason not to. This is sneaky and unprofessional. Yeah, yeah, yeah....I could have just turned away, but the place was convenient and I really needed some work done on my back. The massage itself was decent. It's too bad I can't give a great review though, because 16 flight attendants lay over at the hotel across the street every single day. In one month that is 480 people I could have referred to this business. Their loss. Instead, I will direct my colleagues to one of the massage venues in the galleria. read more

Recently, I injured myself by pulling a muscle in the hip area. I woke up one day and was in so much pain. I decided to get a massage right after work: I called Sage Massage and they were nice enough to fit me in. The female staff could see I was in pain and were very kind. The masseuse listed to my issues and massaged accordingly. I felt much better after I left. I was so happy that find this place on that day. read more

Had an awesome deep tissue and hot stone massage. The masseuse expertly identified the tight knots in my back and applied just the right pressure and at the right points to loosen my back and neck. The best part was her expertly using the hot stones so they're at the right temperature so as to not burn your skin. The spa is in a new strip mall and it's clean and there's ample parking for customers. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended . read more

Great massage, but the lady giving it to me left the room a few times and left the door open. There were men who worked there and it definitely made me uncomfortable seeing the door wide open at some points. Even when I was facing up, I could see the door cracked. I was staying at the Hyatt Regency next door, I called them and the nice lady that answered said she was available immediately. Nice, clean, comfy shop. Private rooms also! I was comfortable, the only thing different from any other shop I've been to from Miami, Cancun, Austin, and San Antonio was they asked for payment up front, this thru me for a loop bc I tip on how 'relaxed & happy" I feel at the end of the session. It was a wonderful massage. She found my stress spot near my shoulder blades immediately and focused on that first. Hot rocks were amazing. Standing on my back felt even better. I wish I would have tipped more in the beginning bc she did such an amazing job. read more

Great experience, perfect massage to decompress after a long haul flight. Clear pricing and all above board.

This was an excellent massage. I tend to like a very strong massage for a deep tissue and they really dug in. They found knots I didn't know I had and worked them out. I am sure I could have asked for less pressure as well if that had been my preference. read more
