He didn't bother to check the computer, just rushed me into a room and slammed the door behind me. When I got in, the bed didn't even have linens on it. Just a paper-thin sheet that I had to spread out myself. I waited in that room for 20 minutes -- still no one showed up. I finally got dressed and decided to leave. The person at the front desk didn't say a single word as I walked out. As I was heading out the door, the therapist (who I assume was supposed to do my massage) came strolling in with a box of food, yelling for me to come back and saying she'd be right there. At that point, I told her I had already waited long enough and left. The whole experience was beyond unprofessional -- disorganized, unwelcoming, and just plain weird. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

When we first entered, they had us fill out some forms, which asked us about things like injuries, pregnancy, where we wanted focused areas. I don't believe my masseuse read the form because she asked me before my massage started where I wanted focused areas, but this wasn't a huge issue for me. I was just curious what was the point of asking it on the form if they didn't look at it; maybe they did & she just wanted to confirm, I'm not sure. At the beginning of my massage, she asked me if stretching was OK, what I wanted focused on, and confirmed I didn't want her to step on my back, which I appreciated all of these being asked. She did stretch me with my permission, which was amazing & exactly what I needed. She made sure to also confirm the pressure of her massages were okay with me as well a couple of times during the massage. Some of my friends got warm beds. Unfortunately, mine wasn't and my room was pretty cold. When the blanket was moved from my body, I was pretty cold. This is probably my only complaint about the entire experience. I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area again.

Nothing but good things to say about them on all but one visit, when her neck was a bit hurt for a few days after. This is a massive Plaza located at Chimney Rock and Westheimer in the Galleria area which has all kinds of restaurants and good stuff and plenty of parking spaces, which is excellent. It's a good plaza and one which we visited many times over the years.
