This is great healthier option for smoothies and teas. I wanted to try something different and came up as an option. They have an extensive menu with plenty of options. I went for a refreshing drink and got the cucumber strawberry tea which did the trick! Great service and cute atmosphere as well!

The smoothie I ordered (dreamcicle) was delicious and the woman who made it for me was friendly and delightful. She told me about the teas they serve as well - the Mega Tea watermelon sounded so good I think I'll have that next time. It's a small clean space and the restroom is really nice. I was less fond of the watermelon mega tea. But overall I like this place!

Ah man ! I wanted to like this place a lot BUT I didn't like it (well what I ordered). We were advised to go with the combo , which was a meal replacement shake and an energy tea. I ordered the strawberry icing shake and the tropical paradise tea. We were advised to drink the shake first and then the tea last. I couldn't finish any of it bc it had a heavy aftertaste and a medicine taste . I couldn't deal . The shakes / teas are prepared with Herbalife, which I never had before. I'm not oppose to the use of Herbalife but it just wasn't my thing. I say try MCN out and make your own decision to like or dislike . The space is nice and the vibe , relaxing. They have the coolest hanging chair that I really hate I didn't swing in . Dang! Lastly , staff was extremely informative and patient during the ordering process . Located in the battery district - might wanna skip MCN and skip on over to Gus's Chicken!

Stopped in at Magic city Nutrition to pick up an energy tea! I was greeted with smiles. The young lady answered all of my questions about the tea. She explained everything she was adding as she went along making it. The ambiance was upbeat and welcoming. The furniture is up to date and they even have a beautiful comfy swinging lounge chair near the window. I had to sit in it and take a picture. The staff wore masks the entire time which was great to see. They encourage social distancing. My tea is delicious and I will definitely be back. To my surprise it was thirsty Thursday so I received $1 off.

I had always wanted to stop by here and have a shake. Today worked out that I got to stop by and have a brownie batter shake. I wish I could've enjoyed the inside of the shop but because of the virus I had to do curbside. The shake definitely filled me up and I loved the cute toppings. The area is super convenient to get to. It has parking in front of it. It has a fun swing inside and great area to catch up with a friend. I'll definitely be back.

Cool concept, amazing staff, and nutrition! What more can you ask for!? I absolutely love this place and I feel that it will do really well in its location at The Battery. So far I have gone twice and both times I was not disappointed. The menu is not overwhelming ,but if you are having issues selecting an item the two ladies that I met will guide you through the ordering process. I plan to make this place one my my weekly stops especially on my lunch break!

Magic City Nutrition is a cute, hip, and extremely aesthetically pleasing little spot in The Battery complex on 2nd. Their concept is: you come in and get two drinks, a meal replacement shake and an energy tea. Absolutely delicious options for both! With really unique and fun flavors like birthday cake and pink starburst. The owners are fabulous! They're both so friendly and sweet and make every visit worth it. They care and it really shows. As per other reviews, yes, it is Herbalife and it is expensive. But this place seems worth it to me and it doesn't have to be a daily thing, just a fun post workout or Saturday morning treat. Plus, you don't actually HAVE to get both drinks, I like to go in for just the shake.

I had been hearing a lot of great things about MCN so I decided to check it out for myself as an after morning yoga pit stop. Jeremy was super welcoming and after I informed him it was my first time in, he graciously walked me through the menu of featured teas and smoothies. I decided to try one of each because YOLO and because Jeremy insisted the effects of the drinks worked best when combined. The menu features so many interesting & iconic flavors from Almond Cookie to Fruity Pebbles, it was hard to decide but I settled on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, a Lemon Berry Tea and a Liquid Donut shot (which literally tasted like a Krispy Kreme without the calories - delicious!) The shake was probably my favorite part and they offer toppings like chocolate chips and sprinkles for added fun. I went with graham crackers and it truly was one of the best shakes I've ever had. It kept me full for hours as promised too. The tea was served iced, with a plastic air seal (similar to boba) and while flavorful, it was very "fake" sweet & had that aspartame aftertaste. Not my favorite but still drinkable and gave me the energy promised. Overall, I loved it and I will definitely go back, so many flavors I want to try. Plus the ambiance is very cute and chic! Glad I got to check it out finally.

Banana Bread and Blueberry Muffin Shakes

Came here on a Friday in the afternoon with a friend. The atmosphere is super modern and sleek. There is a couch in the middle of the room to chill and several tables. I think it would be a pretty cool place to come study. I was torn on whether I wanted a tea or milkshake but I decided on a milkshake. They have every flavor of milkshake that you could think of on their menu. My friend got the Banana Bread and she really enjoyed it and said it tasted like it's namesake. I had the Blueberry Muffin, it was really tasty and filling. My only complaint would be that it didn't taste as much like a Blueberry Muffin like I was hoping it would have, but more like cake batter and protein.

Magic City Nutrition is such a fun, clean and of course aesthetically pleasing new place! It's in the same spot as Wasabi Juans, Original Bham, and the downtown True 40 studio. The girls making your teas and shakes are so nice and truly want you to enjoy the shakes or tea you are getting. These would be absolutely perfect for after a workout. I will say it's a little pricey for the tea and shake combo but you can get one without the other if you wanted! They also use Herbalife as the protein powder, and I've never had any of their protein but this shake was so good! Because of the price it won't be an everyday type visit but I will be coming back!

I'm diabetic so I don't use sugar and truvia is just nasty. It tastes horrible and makes your drink taste horrible. Now mind you they will use all kinds of syrups with dyes and additives and sugars but nope not Splenda. That's bad for you. The 50 grams of sugar in a single vanilla latte is totally fine. We're ok with that even though that alone is over the recommended amount. But Splenda no we can't allow that. Will never be back.

The interior was clean and spacious and had a relaxed and calm but energetic feeling to it. Good place to hang out or work quietly. There's a self-service area to spruce up or fix your drink or grab lids or stir sticks. Service was nice and my drink came out quickly. It was pretty good but not really the "right" drink for me. I like my stuff on the sweet side and this was much more balanced and coffee-forward. That said, it held its own against my sugar-craving taste buds and I drank most of it, which is usually the hallmark of good brew, lol. The shop may be small, but it has a cozy, welcoming feel that makes it a comfortable place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Even though it's located in the lobby of a building, the décor gives it plenty of character and makes the space feel warm rather than temporary. I could easily see myself coming here to get some work done or simply relax for a while. I decided to try one of their seasonal drinks, the Berry & Bee Latte. While it wasn't quite my favorite flavor combination, the espresso itself was well made, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and try another drink from the menu. Sometimes a seasonal special just comes down to personal preference, and this one wasn't quite for me. The standout of my visit was the chorizo, egg, and cheese empanada. It was absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of my order. There's a short wait for the empanadas, but that's because they're warmed fresh after you order, and it's well worth it. I'd gladly wait a few extra minutes for something served hot and fresh. The only area where I think the experience could be improved is staffing. During my visit, the barista had to step away from the counter several times, which left me waiting a few minutes before I could order. Having a second employee available during busier times would likely make the flow much smoother and improve the overall customer experience. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely stop by again. The comfortable atmosphere, quality coffee, and outstanding empanada make Daily Buzz Coffee worth a return trip, and I'm looking forward to trying a different latte on my next visit.
