The man who walked out was now sitting in a blue caprice looking car smoking a cigarette answered. I explained that we did not get what was ordered. He rudely said..'I gave you what I had'. I asked if he told the person who picked them up that he didn't have the ordered donuts. He responded. 'Why...I don't have the donuts so he got what i had.' I asked for a refund. He said he didn't have a manager and he couldn't do a refund. Followed up with..And I think you are making a big deal out of nothing. I don't have the donuts. I gave you what I had. If you don't want the donuts then throw them in the garbage. I asked him if he was sitting in the car on the headset. He said yes. I was told I could request a refund through the app. I don't usually go to Dunkin so I checked out the app as a guest. I can't make the request for a refund through the app but I will be in the store tomorrow. I told the extremely rude employee that this was bad customer service. For which he could care less. First time going...last time going.

This was much more relaxing than other Starbuck's locations I've visited where the baristas as so slammed and just running through orders. My drink was okay, but I probably will stick to the original Pink Drinks rather than the blended version. I thought the blended version would be like a frosty but it actually took a while to melt and actually be consumable. It was also making my teeth hurt a bit being so cold. The wait was just a few minutes and we got a burger, tater tots and a chicken sandwich. While they are known for their burgers, I wanted to also give the chicken sandwich a shot.
