What would make this a better mocha? IMHO, adding more of a quality unsweetened cocoa like Guittard Rouge (not sure of chocolate used), the ability to customize sweetness, and cooling the drink first in a cold cup before pouring over a bit more ice. I'm not sure why the coffee taste was weak with a quad shot, but this did have more of a chocolate taste, although I prefer more.
