Jose and Danny Madrigal did an excellent job transforming my old furniture to an elegant sofas, dining chairs and bar stool. I owned these furniture since 2007, but did not want to dispose the furniture. The wood foundation was sturdy and in very good condition. I decided to have upholstered instead and the Madrigals went above and beyond to complete the work on time. They are trustworthy and very skilled and knowledgeable with the work they do. I have enclosed the before and after pictures of the furniture. They take pride of what they do and they value their customers. read more

I had a chair reupholstered in December 2025 at Madrigal's Upholstery in Vista and am overly pleased and happy with the results. I had looked at numerous fabric stores and furniture stores and could never find a chair and/or fabric that I was happy with. At Madrigal's, Danny showed me fabric samples, had a fabric company send me larger samples, and then reupholstered my 30 yr old chair with the specified fabric and additional stuffing and arm covers. The work was done efficiently and inexpensively with master quality. I probably saved upwards of $300 by using MaIn addition, Danny is easy to work with and listens to any requests you have. read more

Five star review for workmanship, price, and time needed to complete work! I got 3 bids to recover my dining room table chairs, and decided to get one more after told I would need to leave my seats for 2 weeks or more at the shops, not to mention high costs! I am so happy I got the 4th bid from Danny! Not only was the pricing better, but he was able to do it in just one day!! The shop is in an industrial complex ( no showroom or frills = less up charges), and I was able to see other work he had just finished and it was superb! I found my fabric at UFO in Vista, and I am so happy with my new seat covers ( more cushioned at no extra cost!) thanks to Danny. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Madrigal's has done several jobs for me and I've always been 100% satisfied. For this recent project Danny came to the house to measure, which turned out to be important as I forgot some molding that would have made a difference. He delivered the cushions to make sure they fit in the window seat and took a valence I wanted redone. He then delivered that also. I paid him extra although he never asked for more. His price was much lower than what UFO quoted and the quality was superb. I will definitely use them again for any upholstery projects I have. read more
