At this other shop, the man squatted down, looked at it, said it would need two pieces replaced, including the bumper, and it would be "very expensive"!!! I thanked him and left, and in driving up the street, I spotted Auto Body of San Marcos, owned by Martin Guevara. Martin had me take a seat in his lovely, air conditioned waiting room while he put my car up on the lift. Within five minutes, he was back, saying it was all taken care of!!! It only needed to be snapped back into place. And he wouldn't let me pay for his time. GO HERE for your auto body needs! We brought our brand-new pickup truck here after a rear-end collision that, from our perspective,…read moreappeared to be relatively minor. We understand that additional damage can sometimes be discovered once a vehicle is dismantled, and there may have been parts or supply-chain issues. However, we were extremely surprised that what appeared to be a minor accident ultimately kept our truck in the shop for more than a month, with no clear delivery date for much of that time. That said, the quality of their work is outstanding. We have trusted this shop with our vehicles for years, even before it became Penske Collision, and we have always had confidence in the workmanship. The repair itself was good. Our biggest disappointment was the communication and the extremely lengthy turnaround time. We are still somewhat confused as to why such a seemingly minor collision required more than a month to complete. If you bring your vehicle here, know that the workmanship is excellent, but be prepared to potentially be without your vehicle for weeks... or even longer... with an uncertain completion date.

Escondido Body Refinishing does a fantastic job on repairing body damage on classic, collectible…read moreautomobiles. I have a Honda S 2000 AP2 model convertible sports car, which is now considered a collectible, so when I damaged my rear bumper, tail-light and left-corner rear panel, I was very concerned about getting the right shop to do the repair work. After getting several quotes, my daughter recommended Escondido Body Refinishing because she was so pleased with her results when they did the repairs on her car. So, I went there and got a bid which was very reasonable and decided to have them do the repairs on my car. The other repair shops said they could not match the paint because it was an 18-year-old car and it had the chicane silver metallic paint which is hard to match. Well, they did an incredible job and matched the paint absolutely perfectly. I could not believe how wonderful my roadster now looks - I was overwhelmed. My car looks brand-new all over again. I highly recommend them for any body repairs you might need on your car or RV; I give them five stars for the quality of their customer service, the quality of work, the exceptional fit and finish, and their excellence in matching the paint (which is extraordinarily well done). You cannot go wrong with these folks.

We gathered several repair estimates, including one from the Kia dealership. Since the vehicle was so new, the dealership never finalized their quote, but we already knew it would likely be extremely expensive and difficult for us to afford. We decided to move forward with Vista Auto Body, and we could not be happier with the results. I honestly do not know how they worked such magic. Not only did they make our Telluride look brand new again, but they also added a ceramic coating -- all for a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding work, professionalism, and fair pricing. If any more "jumping poles" happen to find our vehicles in the future, Vista Auto Body will absolutely be our go-to shop. Thank you, Vista Auto Body! 2305 S Santa Fe Ave, Ste C Vista, CA 92083
