We worked on the design I wanted and he told me they'd probably be ready Wednesday, maybe Tuesday. Great, I went home and around 5pm I got an email stating they were done! Not even one day. That's amazing service. Pat, thank you so much, this means the world to me as this is a very special occasion.

I initially asked for a quote but never received one. I assumed it would be sent along with the pictures of the bags before they started the work, but it didn't arrive until after the work was completed. We were having our daughters' names embroidered on school backpacks and two patches heat-pressed onto them. My daughters spent time discussing the placement of the embroidery in detail, and at no point were we told that certain placements might cause issues. When we picked the bags up, we discovered that part of the front pocket had been sewn shut due to the embroidery placement. This was never discussed with us in advance, and unfortunately, the kids use all the pockets--so that was a disappointment. When I called to ask why we weren't informed, the only response was "we meant to," which was frustrating. That's something I definitely would have wanted to know beforehand. Also, we were warned that heat-pressed patches may not last, but one was already peeling off right after pickup. So for anyone considering that option, I'd recommend skipping the heat press and going straight to someone who can sew them on. The experience wasn't a total disaster, but there were definitely preventable issues that affected our experience. Learn from my mistakes and ask more questions.

It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

I reached out to a few places via Yelp, and DJ was one of the first people to get back to me. I had…read morean idea for a customized hockey jersey, and wanted a crest made for the blank jersey i had, with my own logo. It was a one-piece order so i can initially gauge interest off of that with my friends, to see if more will be made. The turnaround time was an issue, as i had a week and a half to get this completed. I knew the size, and colors needed. Due to the size and deadline requested, many places didn't want to tackle the job. DJ and his team went above and beyond to meet both the design requirements, and deadline i had requested. Communication was there every step of the way. Any time i wanted to know the progress of the project, in a matter of minutes he'd get back to me with an email, even if i didn't get to email first. The updates really let me know how important their customers projects were, and how they wanted to make sure the customer could relax knowing they would be meeting any and all needs. When i was able to finally pick up the completed project, i was totally blown away. The quality of the work was AMAZING. the size of the crest was approximately 12" wide, and about 9" tall. The combination of Twill, and embroidery was perfect. The stitching was flawless, and the colors i couldn't have been more happy with. It really looked like an authentic NHL jersey. DJ really nailed this project for me, and i couldn't be happier. Definitely pleased with the work he has done, and i'm already looking forward to my next, larger bulk order. Thank you

He continually worked with me regarding ordering some vests to get embroidered for my business. He wanted to make sure of the fit and ordered a couple different options, styles and sizes for me to make sure they felt right before moving to the next stage of embroidery. So glad he did, because the one I was considering runs small and it would have not fit well if I just automatically went with that option. By having the different style options, I was able to find 2 that worked well for me. They did a fantastic job with the embroidery of my logo. You won't go wrong working with DJ and his team, they are fantastic!!
