We just happened upon this store when walking over to a nearby cafe. There was one gentleman patiently helping a potential customer who was being difficult, to say the least. While we waited for him to handle business, we got a chance to walk around the storefront and check out pricing and the quality of the t-shirts they work with. They had very reasonable pricing, and they have a great sliding scale for printing based on how large he order is. The gentleman was very informative, and we found it that he had actually popped into the business to speak with three owners, but they had been so busy that they didn't get a chance to connect. Brownie points for the initiative. We got a peak at the work area, and it looks reasonably large enough to handle very large orders for any in need. They have a decent thing going on here. I definitely won't forget this place when recommending a t-shirt printing company.

I will start my review by sharing what I didn't know: embroidery is a thriving business…read more I went to a business to have a small faux leather backpack embroidered with the initials KHF. But the employee said they couldn't do it because the backpack was too thick. I called Fantastic Embroidery, and they said they could do it, so I went right over to the Boulevard Mall, where they are located, on a Thursday afternoon. I planned to walk in, get the three initials embroidered, and walk out. I thought it might take them a few hours at maximum. The lady at the front desk told me they couldn't complete it until next week. I told her I needed it done by Saturday, and she said she could rush it for $25.00, and I agreed. I looked through a font book with Mashari, who showed me a cursive font I liked, except the letter F didn't look like an F. I chose a block-letter font because the letters were easy to identify. But once I told her I got the backpack for a woman, she recommended a more "cutesy" font, so I kept looking for a cursive font until I found one I liked that started with an L (it might be Lavanderia or another multisyllabic word). I chose the I inch size in light gray thread for the initials. I came in the next day after six o'clock, and four people were waiting in line. But once the employee recognized me, she handed me the bag, which I appreciated because I had to make it to the cleaners by 7:00 p.m. that day. I was happy with the results, and "KHF" loved the bag! After our date, she texted me a picture of the bag with the message, "Literally so cute! Thank you." I highly recommend this business because they did an excellent job and the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. I will use them again for my embroidery needs. I'll make sure to drop my items off weeks in advance to avoid the rush fee, since business is booming there.
