I called Ronald that same night, explained the situation, and he immediately stepped up. He took my very last-minute order, kept communication clear and reassuring, and truly exceeded my expectations. The shirts turned out AMAZING. The print quality is beautiful, every detail came out perfectly, and the shirts themselves are incredibly soft and comfortable. Honestly, they look even better than I imagined, especially given the tight turnaround. This is the kind of customer service that is rare these days. Ronald really pulled through when it mattered most. I'm beyond grateful and will absolutely be using Las Vegas Custom Printing again. Highly, highly recommend. Not to mention his pricing was well over 30% less than my local shop here in CA!

Within 2 mins of receiving the correct invoice I paid my order. Was told order would be ready end of day no specified time. I assumed Id get a text or email saying it was ready but I did not and now the fundraising Tshirts I ordered can't be picked up until Monday when they were informed I needed them by Sunday. The reasoning is apparently their pick up times are posted on their website. I communicated through text and email so I had no knowledge of pick up times. Crossing my fingers the product is at least decent!
