I spent 20 minutes with the technician finalizing the proof. My bill was ~$230 for reference on order size... probably pretty small but certainly not the smallest. Most of the order came out to standard. The sad part is a specific batch of my order were printed using the wrong color. Tech told me the printer messed it up. Some technical jargon regarding ink. I asked for half my money back and was denied because I brought the shirts in. Sad. Very sad. Not for them, for me. I care a lot about this company merchandise. In the midst of my sadness, my current assumption is there probably is no such thing as a true 5 star print shop, they would have to charge 30-50% more to cover losses on mistakes. There's too much that can go wrong and the business model likely cannot afford to please every order that gets messed up. In other words, original custom printing is probably just a crap shoot. 3 stars is fair.

They had a good selection and we found styles that worked for both the guys and the women. We sent over our artwork and they did a sample first. The embroidery came out really close to our design. It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.
