Beware they are scammers!!! The price they give you a front is fake they will multiply it by 5 after job is done

STAY AWAY!! Daphne is a gutless con artist. I must have asked 6 times, "how much will the shirts be"? Then my gf told me, "honey, do you know how much the shirts are"? I said, "no" they tried to charge us $239 for two shirts. That bitch bumped her effing head! This shirt anywhere else would be $20 a shirt. Daphne you are a serious POS!! STAY AWAY!! read more

I feel a theme in these reviews! My husband and I went here to buy 2 shorts for $20, but was talked into a third pair for free plus lettering. The lady rang us up and told us it would be $264!! We obviously were in shock, and told her absolutely not. This lady that was so nice to us turned into an absolute bitch and tried to guilt/force us into buying them. After arguing with her about the price my husband and I went to walk out and she said fine I'll give it to you for $20 each. We bought them but I wish we never did. Stay far away from this place I've never met somebody as horrible as this lady that worked there and she had no shame in trying to scam us!! So basically the cheap novelty shorts were $88 each according to this lady. WTF!! read more

Absolutely garbage quality and the sales associate scammed me and my friends. Told us $20 for 4 pairs shorts and would only take 5 minutes, ended up waiting for an hour and paying $204.42 the flowers are uneven on all the shorts and literally peeling off. Garbage work for the amount of time it took to customize. Scam business. Please don't ever go here. Not worth your time or money read more

We stopped by this place for the simple fact that we were lured in by the funny statements made on the articles of clothing. I decided on the Beyonce face, deleting her name but keeping the word "Slayed" with the Rhinestone words with "Vegas" on the back. I loved the customer service, all of the prices were told to us upfront with no hidden fees. I'm not sure why there are so many previous customers who have had bad experiences but we will definitely be back! read more

No issues whatsoever! I came in on my lunch break (I'm local), showed an image for a shirt I wanted, requested a different color than what was pictured and I got exactly what I asked for. I paid the price I was quoted and confirmed what was on my receipt. There was no haggling or miscommunication at all. I was in and out with 2 shirts from start to beginning in less than 30 minutes. After I paid I went into Nike and bought 2 pairs of shoes, came out and my shirts were done. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Major scam. My wife and I stood our ground on not paying the price of $98 for a 'custom' hoodie that I was literally tricked into making. Luckily, after 10 minutes of arguing with the extremely rude woman, customers had piled in and were watching the altercation. The smooth-talking guy who was hiding behind some signs finally said, 'Let 'em go.", as if we were being held there. Ended up getting out of there, no money lost. I was about to call the police. Excuse my French, but F**K Custom Kings. This place should be shut down. read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would. We were scammed 200.00 on Freemont. Charged for the persons order before us. When I looked at my Credit card slip handed to me and questioned the girl about the total she said the shirts were $20. a piece and then $45.00 for the actual print design, which changed from what she originally told me of $20. A piece. She admitted when telling her even so that doesn't equal that amount you charged to my card she said their was a sale in there for the customer before me that was added on to my order. I watched that customer pay cash for his son's shirt. SO HOW DID THAT GET ADDED TO MY TOTAL?!?! Stay away from this company they are a scam. I didn't walk away with the merchandise and still was charged for incompetence and refused a manager. read more

The price they say is not what you are paying. We just bought 3 shorts, the price was 20$ per short ok fine, we ask for custom transfer, we thought it was included but it wasn't at all and then the price jumped to 275$. Seriously. Then we bargained at 167. Still are we serious here. Honestly avoid this shop by all means, the prices are not at all presented in a honest approach. read more

Terrible!! Charged my card three times without success and paid cash! Gave no receipt and also assured me that my charges will be refunded in less than 7 business days. Two weeks had gone by without any progress. Each time I called the phone number attached to the website, No Answer.!!! The shop didn't refund because "my card wasn't charged" when it obviously was so had to take matters in my own hand and DISPUTE!! SCAM! RIP OFF!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

A bit pricey- to bring down cost bring own shirts. $30 is steep for a Tshirt w nothing special about it. Yes you can have your logo and etc but I think prices are made on the fly not one sign w pricing or anything. Young guys having fun and joking a lot. They did a good job on shirt and were quick. When in a pinch I would go again they pressed out a shirt in minutes so I didn't mind the cost vs bulk ordering and having deliver to my door read more

Should be ZERO stars but yelp won't allow that. Tried charging $240 for two pairs of shorts with lettering and two "free" tees. After I refused to pay the price gouge they refused to hand my debit card back to me until after I had demanded it a good ten times. Very confrontational. I literally had to grab my card out of the woman's hand and walk out with them cursing at us and following us out of the store. I am a crafter and I know how much your materials cost. They will not be upfront with your cost until it's time to pay. AVOID AT ALL COST. They have been doing this for years looking at the reviews and I have no idea how they're not out of business. read more

Well on my Vacation Stop to get some custom shirts made. Got home and the writing has already lifted!! I like the logo but on the back of the shirt I had QUEEN written the letter are lifting on the corners and in the middle of the U!! Bubbles in the for of the picture!! So I called custom kings no answer, sent an email no response, so I call the new york number and spoke with Israel whom sent me a text with address to return the shirt and said the email and LV # are not customers service!!! Not sure If I feel comfortable sending the shirt back do to the Better Business Bureau reviews and Yelps reviews!!! Well I guess I'll know better next time!!! The Ladies and gentlemen were nice. The young black girl did my shirt not the lady whom originally made the other to shirts. I should've paid more attention to detail. Haven't decided yet whether to return T-shirt or Not!!! This place is a total con. We went in for 3 pairs of shorts and were offered 2 T shirts "free". The end result was $361 worth of clothing. We argued with them but they pulled the usual "it's not our policy, it's the company's" they also pulled out the ridiculous pricing list, which had they been up front about we would have walked away. In this case AVOID THESE MORONS AT ALL COSTS! We should have just walked out... read more

Buyer beware. They never tell you the price till they ring you up. Pulled out the sweatshirts and the quality is low. The Arizona Logo had a cut in it that look like they just ironed that piece on. The Oregon O has a crease in it. For $200 for 4 pieces is a rip off. They take advantage of those that are pretty tipsy or drunk. Watch out!! read more

This place is a tourist trap. It would be a total scam and illegal, but I assume they technically aren't doing anything illegal. I hope they get closed down for unethical business practices soon. They sell printed t-shirts for ~$100. When you walk in the store they ask if you want a shirt and if you say yes, they start making one. Then, if you go further into the store there are signs and fine print that say clothes are not refundable when you request them. When you try to tell them to stop or ask them why they didn't tell you the price before making the shirt, they claim ignorance. read more

Very very very dissatisfied. Paid 95$ for a T-shirt and let's be honest, it was bad quality + fruit of the loom brand. Went in thinking it was going to be 30-50$ like the price says On the sign and then the rude lady fails to mention that she's charging per letter. Seriously I would recommend the T-shirt diner inside sunset mall. They made me a shirt for 37& and it was honestly of great quality. Do not go here. Total rip off and defiantly over priced. read more

This place is a total rip off...we walked into the store the young lady at the front told me pick any item clothing and they customize it. She never said you had to pay extra for customization which I asked her. She said you just pay for the clothing item. I ended up paying $75 for a $20 shirt. This place is a rip off. Don't waste your time!!!!! read more

Just plain over priced!!!! No deals what so ever for buying 9 items. Over 50.00 for a T shirt. You get a custom shirt, but pay way too much for it. Horrible customer service too. I asked if it was the same price for cash or credit and they said yes. Then I get hit with a 16.+ charge for using a credit card. Just a horrible experience. I went there last year and got twice as many shirts for half the money. I got ripped all the way off. I'll be ok. I just don't want anyone else to feel raped like I do right now. No bill break down so I can see how much everything costed by item. That would have helped a lot. They just rush you to get you out of the store. I went there several times in the past. I will never go there again. Ever. Save your money, you can get licensed clothes for the same price!! Or cheaper!!!! Notes for improvement for other customers (I'm never going back) 1. Itemize the receipt. 2. Take your time with each customer. Like you give a f&@k. 3. Prices as you order. 4. Stop overcharging for cheap as t shirts and the doubling the price for a print. You got me. All good. Most businesses with crappy practices and over charging go out of business. read more

I would give no stars. We ordered three shirts same exact style came back to pay and was charged 176.00 quality was poor. Don't go here they are scam artist! The guy doing the shirt didn't even explain how much anything was mumble and couldn't understand what he was saying. The music was way to loud! When my wife went to the cashier it was a ridiculous price for $20 to $119, but the cashier already swiped the card! And there is no refunds! What is that swipe the card before telling the customer how much the real price is! Then you can't refund because once you swipe the card you can't refund it! Not posting prices or when asked get told a different price before you go to the cashier! Don't go and get scammed like my wife and I sure other people also! Wife wanted printed shorts for a friend while on vacation. Gold toothed employee told her $25 for everything. Wife called friend to ask what color. Went back the next night. Same gold toothed employee helped and left. Nice lady finished order and rang us up for $65. We asked her why, she pointed at a small sign and said those were the prices. Wife said that the POS gold toothed employee said $25. She couldn't do anything. Had to pay since it was customized. We confronted the gold toothed employee. He said that he told us $15 plus customization. What a scam. Should have done research. Stay away or just flush your money down the toilet. $65 could have bought us shorts at a lot nicer store. They get a one cause I have been going there for 3 years. And there's new owners and they were waaaaay over priced. I would buy 5 sweaters and it would come out to 220. EVERY year. This yr 2020 we bought 3 sweaters (oh and they changed the sweater material to a cheaper one) it came out to 205. !!!! Not happy and completely taken by surprise but there was nothing I could do she made them. If I would have been told the price up front. HELL NAH tradition of buying from them OVER.
