I am now a former customer, mostly because the owner would not call me back. I ordered shirts from them before for my company. I called today because I had a request to have a handful of shirts for direct to garment printing because it says on their website that they can accommodate less than minimum orders. Yet, when I called to get more information, they said that it has to be a minimum order of 24 shirts. That did not make sense to me because it contradicted what they stated on the website. So, I requested a call back from the owner. This did not happen. Instead, the employee I initially spoke to over the phone relayed to me that the owner said they could not accommodate me because there was a minimum of 24 shirts. Sadly, the owner couldn't take 2 minutes out of their day to call another business owner who patronizes their business to get more clarification about what I found on the website and the employee giving me contradictory information. 15 minutes later, I found another company that's more than happy to accommodate me with a $60 setup fee and $5 per location on my item. Which would have been $10 a shirt because I needed printing on the front and back. read more

I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Tyler and Nick walked me through the whole process and helped me pick out exactly what I liked. I was even given the opportunity to sit down with their graphic designer Ray, who is far more tech savvy than I am and was able to design what I had in my mind. The shirts are excellent quality and so is the printing that was done on them. They were true to size and did not shrink in the dryer, nor did the designs crack or fade. I asked about having things other than shirts printed on in the future, and Tyler assured me that was no problem. They were very affordable and their customer service is out of this world.
