The store is in a large shopping center, but it's located on the quiet side behind Trader Joes, so parking is easy. Their chocolate cupcake with buttercream frosting is dreamy. Perfect ratio of cake to frosting, the latter of which is never dry and melts in your mouth. I also gave a chocolate with peanut butter frosting a try -- always a match made in heaven. Plus a special edition salted caramel was enjoyable too. I don't think I've ever tried a flavor I didn't like. Kudos to the staff as well, they are always so bright and full of positive spirit. I mean, how could they not be? They're surrounded by cupcakes. If I'm ever in a bad mood, SusieCakes cupcakes always cheer me up.

I never officially placed an order with this company but I am writing a review for the poor…read morecustomer service. I am helping my sister plan her son's 5th birthday party so I asked this company their pricing with an example photo. It was a little outside of our budget so I asked if we can get any sort of discount in which they replied. That is totally okay to not budge on your price but with that being said it is my right to get quotes elsewhere. They were very pushy and took it upon themselves to double text and say 1) they won't do business with me 2) they won't provide me with quotes 3) and saying I should go to a cheaper bakery 4) telling me "good bye" Furthermore when they first sent me a text starting they will not provide me any more quotes I understood as I am sure to not get an order for me was frustrating. So I replied saying sorry and that it wasn't up to me as it wasn't my money. However them further sending me another text that I should find a "cheaper cake, goodbye, we don't want your business" was VERY CHILDISH. I thought it was extremely uncalled for. I looked at the other reviews and see rudeness is apart of their pattern. From 3 years ago up until 19 days ago. Do better and speak to people professionally!

Nothing Bundt Cakes are reliably good. I've been coming to different locations for years. This…read morelocation is the one closest to me so I come here whenever I have a craving, they have a feature flavor I want to try or if I want to get one for a special occasion. They used to have samples you can try but the last few times I've been here they haven't had any so maybe they did away with that. On my last visit, I was tasked by a friend to get a Dubai Bundt cake for my sister's birthday. Sadly, they only offered it in the bundlet size so I got a couple of 3 pack towers. And because I have fatass impulses, the banana pudding flavor caught my eye and I got one of those for myself. Both were pretty good but I actually liked the banana pudding more. The cake is always super moist and crumbly smooth. It's not too sweet or over powering. My moth is watering thinking about it. This location is a small but inviting. The customer service is decent too. Anyway, if you've been living under a rock and have never tried Nothing Bundt Cakes, get in your car and go now.
