I felt the staff has always matched their level of help/involvement perfectly with our progress and our group. Logistically, the waiver process is super fast and there's plenty of parking in the mall parking lot right outside the space (at most just need to do very minimal walking through the lot). We can't wait to watch some behind the scenes videos for the room creation, really happy we have this Escape Game in such a great location and look forward to more Epic fun!!! Just a minus star on the reservations - we were expecting to have the room to be just our family but we received a text before our time so indicating that another party was joining us. I guess my feel is that if it says 5 spots free - it meant that we had the room to ourselves but we were grouped with another family (mom and two young kids). No issues with the other family joining in the experience but you never know who you would be paired up!! We did the cosmic event. The room was clean and functional. Jared arrived at our company site on time and set up the game for us. He told us how the game works, and how to stay safe and have fun. A 1 hour seemed short, however, due to the game's intensity, 1 hour was plenty of time to play. The balls weigh ~13 lbs, so running around can be tiring. She takes you through the steps of making an aroma filled candle. We choose our vessels, I picked a white ceramic one and there are wood vessels for an additional cost, we sampled an array of scented oils to pick, I went for the amazing smelling "golden hour", then we blended oil and wax, and added a wick. We then picked our dried flowers to add to the edge of our candle, let it set and wait two weeks before lighting. Ashley gave us care instructions and we can recycle our candle vessels by bringing the empty candle holder back to use for another class, with a half off discount. Classes are about an hour in half to two hours, drinks sold to wet your whistle, and they have collaborative workshops with other creators. The total for the class I took was $60.24. Well worth it!

We had four games total: craps, roulette, and two blackjack tables, which provided more than enough entertainment for our group of 80 people. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and a few of them even surprised us with hidden talents by performing magic tricks throughout the event. Will was great to work with and did an excellent job accommodating our budget for the casino rental. He was responsive and reliable, making sure everything was in place so our event ran smoothly. Here's a tip: bring a diverse group of people for a mix of strengths, arrive early, and split up into smaller teams to cover more ground. We had ages from 11 - 70 years old. The challenge was real--we needed quite a few clues--but thanks to great teamwork and asking for help when we needed it, we managed to escape!!!
