Recently did a virtual team building activity with them, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The facilitators were fantastic, and the puzzle we tackled was interesting and engaging. Organizing smooth and engaging virtual events isn't easy, but they did a great job and the entire experience was flawless. A great way to connect with my teammates in a new way, and get a fun break from WFH during quarantine. 100% would do it again. read more

I came to ROI to help my team at Stanford Children's Hospital with a 15 minute team building ice breaker activity. Jay and Kelly put together the perfect package for me to meet the theme of an over 200 person event. They customized the activity to meet the specialty of the group of providers. The games and activities were unique and fun. The group loved the challenge of solving the critical thinking group puzzles with a twist. The activity was a big hit and we got lots of compliments. This is my second time working with ROI and I will definitely seek to work with ROI again especially for our large events. The fact that they made an activity that was so successful for such a large group of clinical leaders was impressive. Jay and Kelly have such a great track record of delivering high quality activities and events. read more

We did the GPS Hunt at Downtown Palo Alto this week. 35 people signed up but only 25 showed up. We divided into 5 teams of 5 and it was so much fun! The facilitators are very laid back, but made a big difference so people really had a good time. Jay was my primary contact. He is very organized and very good at communication. I highly recommend hiring Team Building ROI for team building offsite. It's an action packed 90 minutes with a lot of fun. One suggestion I will give is to take lots of pictures yourself, the photos facilitator sent are in low resolution, so you might want to have your own photos and videos from your phone. read more

This is a very belated review, but I was going through out past team building events and remembered how much fun this event was! My team (~15 people) had this event in 2016, and it was so easy to work with Jay. I was in contact with him the entire team, and the entire event was extremely well organized and so much fun! We did a scavenger hunt in downtown Palo Alto. It was a surprise and very unexpected with some great actors that worked with us. It was also very fun splitting into groups and competing to solve puzzles, which took some thinking but was not too hard! What I also liked about this event was that we weren't just gathered in one space, but we had to run around downtown Palo Alto and learned a lot of fun trivial along the way. They are very flexible and great to work with, and it seems like they are very experienced with multiple locations which is great. read more

Jon hosted TikTok's Trust & Safety L&D (~15 people) onsite event in our Mountain View office two weeks ago and he did such a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged and entertained for 90 solid minutes in the sweltering heat. His instructions were clear, easy to follow, and we appreciated his level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the event. He was also able to adapt and adjust activities as necessary based on the allotted time and space. Overall, all of the team members had rave reviews about Jon and the event, so I'd like to give a personal Yelp shoutout to Jon and the team. We look forward to many more partnerships to come. read more

Team Building ROI was perfect for our corporate team building needs! We booked the Game Show Night program, and it was AMAZING! Everyone had a blast, and participants all praised the interesting activities and trivia they played. Our host, Jay, was excellent at bringing energy, enthusiasm, and excitement to the team. He was a wonderful host and really got everyone's blood pumping while keeping the event on schedule. We requested a shorter time frame for the event and added our own customized trivia items, and Jay really went above and beyond to ensure the event was just as we needed. Jay arrived at the event space on time, set up everything, and facilitated the whole show by himself. It was perfect, nothing needed from me day-of. I highly recommend Team Building ROI, and I'll definitely go to them for future events! read more

Kelly was awesome from start of planning to handing out awards for "Best Sand Castle". He and his partner were engaging, fun and definitely helpful in learning the art of sand castle building. Will definitely use ROI again for team building events. read more

I've used Team Building ROI multiple times for various groups. They have always been super professional and have helped the teams have fun and team build! Most recently, we did the virtual team building. The setup was easy, and the team had a ton of fun. The activity was challenging but fun, and helped our team come together during these social distancing times. Highly recommend! read more

The TBOI staff were phenomenal from start to finish! I got my R&D Team out for a teambuilding event. Ryan and team were all great, transparent and clear. My team had a smooth treasure hunt in downtown San Jose and we enjoyed the urban exploring. All my team had fun with lots of smiles on our faces! They also have many connections to many food caterers and we teamed up with Whisk on Wheels to meet us at the end of our teambuilding event. We worked up an appetite and ended with a nice meal and full set up. Thanks Guys! read more

The Team Building ROI team could not have been more phenomenal. We booked this company for a corporate holiday party of 20 guests. They worked with us to choose an activity that fit our needs (the Bike Building Challenge), helped scout out our pre-selected venues, and worked extraordinarily on the day-of the event to make our event special. The bike build challenge was a must-do for a corporate event! Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future. read more

I usually skip office events, but since this one was mid week during work hours I figured I would go . We did a gps hunt through down town SJ and it was really fun and had surprisingly hard tasks. The people from team building were cool and the fact my team won didn't hurt either :) read more

Team Building ROI - Buddy walkers!! - Team Building Activities Near Me - Santa Clara, California

Great people to work with! My team had a great time. Thank you to Ryan and Jay for all the help. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely FLOORED by our experience with Team Building ROI from the very first phone call to the end of a great Company Offsite. I had about 3 weeks to plan a two day offsite and for the second day, needed some fun activities to reinforce what we had learned/talked about in day 1. When I was sending out quote requests, I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me within 2 minutes of my submittal. Ryan was cheery, asked all the right questions, and was efficient. The entire process was painless and in the end, I decided on tbROI mainly because of Ryan's awesome response time and attention to detail. I knew we were in good hands. On the day of the event, Jay arrived nice and early to scope out the area. He set everything up and took charge while I was off keeping other items running smoothly. Jay and John did a great job explaining the games and making it fun. Everything ran like a well-oiled machine and my team of 55 had a GREAT time doing Team Olympics. So great, in fact, that folks were asking me for their contact information for their own events. read more

We loved working with Jon and ROI Teambuilding! Jon provided us with excellent service even prior to the event, he was very responsive answering my many questions and helping me select a program best suited for our size, budget, and goals. He went to the hotel in advance of our event to scope it out and make sure the space we reserved would be a good fit for our activity. On the day of, he arrived well in advance to set up and was very flexible when our sessions ran over making us late to our activity. The Team Olympics program he put together was fun, unique, challenging and we had a lot of laughs. Jon's energy and enthusiasm was outstanding and it was so clear he loved hosting these activities. Even though we were a small team without a lot of money to spend, Jon gave us 5-star treatment and he seemed genuinely happy to be cheering us on. This was our first time using a teambuilding company and likely not our last! We really saw the value in investing in this. We are super grateful our hotel connected us with ROI. They were a great fit for us and we are thrilled! Thanks again, Jon! :-) read more

Working with Ryan, Jay and their team was expremely pleasing. We had team olympic event. Their response time is super quick. Just decide to work with them for your event and you are assured of the best time. They are very flexible with your requirements and other logistics. In a nutshell, it was a smooth ride. We wont have to think when we decide to have our next event. TBROI all the way!!! read more

I used ROI (we did the Food Truck Challenge) for a Cisco Intern Orientation fun event and they really made my job easy! It's always a little difficult getting younger people to interact in 'team building' but the games and event that was put on by ROI made it very easy to interact. The interns (and myself) absolutely loved it. read more

As an Executive Coach, I'm constantly on the lookout for high-quality team building vendors who can create meaningful engagements for my clients. Team Building ROI has become my go-to for any company/organization that says to me "We'd like to do some team building..." This team is professional, responsive, reliable, and incredibly effective. They have a wide range of activities to choose from, and I take great comfort in know that they'll provide a consistently impressive experience for each and every one of my clients. Thank you - TBROI - for being such an outstanding company. read more

My sister hired ROI to do an anniversary hunt though downtown Palo Alto and it was so much fun. The way they incorporated important dates and locations into The Hunt was surprising and they added a really nice touch to the evening. The games and puzzles were so much fun and challenging as well. I have done other Scavenger Hunts with other companies and they were all about one person in the group taking turns and looking silly and this was so much more interesting and challenging. I am defiantly going to hire these guys to do something cool for my team at Stanford this summer!! read more

One of the best Team building events we had. Jay & Ryan were so flexible and helped me organize the best team event. Highly recommend for everyone. With so many options we can customize as we like. Fun filled 2 hours. Thank you Jay. read more

Our team chose the zombie hunt as their offsite activity and I have to say I was a little skeptical at first. Being chased by zombies just didn't seem fun but boy was this a blast!!!! It's definitely a MUST for any corporate event. Team ROI was supper professional, zombies were great and the team very much enjoyed. Thanks Kelly!!! read more

I was recently given the task of putting together a 2-day offsite which was to include "some kind of fun team building event". I have never done this before, so I started scouring Google and Yelp to see who to use. I was not only impressed with Team Building ROI's Yelp reviews but also with their website, so I reached out to them. Ryan responded to my inquiry and he was super great to talk to. I was anxious to do the right event for our group--one that would be fun and interactive, not painfully lame--as well as staying within our tight budget. After speaking with Ryan, I was hugely reassured and relieved believing we would be in good hands. Based upon the size of our group (25) and our budget, Jay recommended "60 Seconds to Success". On the day of the event, Jay came plenty early to set everything up. He quickly organized everyone into teams and immediately whipped up enthusiasm with our somewhat reticent (too cool?) group. Everyone's competitive and fun sides quickly came out and the room was filled by whoops, laughs and claps. I was thrilled as it truly exceeded my expectations. Huge thanks to Jay and Ryan--you'll be the first our company will turn to in the future. And I definitely recommend using Team Building ROI if you want an A+ event. Linda C read more

I worked with Team Building ROI for a staff retreat, and they did an amazing job! They were incredibly responsive, flexible, and enthusiastic throughout, and our staff had a great time. Team building with ROI was amazing and their staff was very friendly. They have prizes at the end of the challenge to help motivate you and their food truck challenge was incredible and unique. I see Teambuilding ROI all the time when I book them for my events at Saratoga Springs and the quality and variety of programs they offer is topnotch. Over four years of working together, I have enjoyed their unique and fresh takes on Scavenger Hunts, Team Olympics, Bike Builds and more. The events are not only fun, but well-orchestrated, well-organized and infused with both subtle and overt teambuilding messages that leave groups feeling like lingering at the end of the day to hang out together and continue enjoying each other's company rather than rushing to the parking lot. That's a sign of a good event! The guests love the activities and they make me look great. I would strongly recommend Teambuilding ROI for any fun event. read more

We engaged the services of Team Building ROI recently, and our experience with them from inquiry to event conclusion was stellar. Ryan attended to our inquiry promptly, provided a very competitive quote, and worked with us to get the contract reviewed by our legal department (we're a big company, lots of hoops to go through). After the contract was signed, they helped us look for venues for the event, and assisted with brainstorming for the activities. On the day of the day of the event, they were early and patiently waited for us to arrive (most of my team got lost! Not their fault but mine). They facilitated very well, keeping everyone challenged and engaged. Will definitely consider using them again for future events. read more

Awesome experience with Jay and Team Building ROI! I had some lead time to plan a team building activity for our faculty group and took my time sending out requests to multiple companies in the South Bay area. Ryan's fast and enthusiastic response won me over, and he, Jay, and their team planned a terrific Hunt around the Willow Glen area that incorporated the location of our retreat. Everyone had a fantastic time (despite the 90+ degree heat and the fact that there were a few folks in our group who typically don't enjoy team building activities like this)! Absolutely recommended! read more

Big Thanks to Ryan and jay - Working with both is such a fun, everything is so timely and well planned, i would say best organization to work with if you are planning for team building events - We were group of 10 people and opted for drone event and that was amazingly planned and Jay made sure that everyone is involved and having fun. Thanks again Jay and Ryan - For sure we will plan our next team building activity with you guys !! Cheers !! read more

I used ROI for a small birthday party and we did National Treasure Crack The Safe. It was like an escape room that ROI brought to us all contained in this huge chest. This activity was a ton of fun. Jay and his team are amazing! The communication and support both in preparation for and during our event was thorough and awesome. Your energy and team's assistance was amazing and truly helped us interact at a high-level and kept the ball rolling and going during our teambuilding build-a-bike event. I loved the fact that the challenges we had to complete in order to obtain the bike building components were thought provoking/engaging and truly made everyone interact and rely on everyone's level of expertise pushing some in and some out of their comfort zones which is what it's all about right?!?! I would recommend your group to anyone...I'm sure without a doubt we'll be in contact again in the future. read more

We did a large (220 people) corporate event with TBROI this week and I just have to say how awesome it was! EXTREMELY pleased working with TeamBuilding ROI from beginning to end! Ryan was professional and very accommodating to our company's needs. Appreciated that communications by phone/email were thorough and prompt. Jay offered great suggestions for our group. He was all set-up by the time individuals trickled-in and everyone who participated in the activities had a blast! He was fun and he kept everyone engaged...just like a well-oiled machine...no idle time in between each of our eight activities. He even had time to take pictures while running each activity AND shared them by the end of the night! Such a delight to work with a professional team! Communication and response time on-point! My office used Team Building ROI for an Orientation event with over 250 students. They were very communicative, helped us choose games that would suit our diverse group of participants, showed up on time, and delivered a great experience. Taking away 1 star only because some of the activities went faster than others (which I wish we had been warned about), meaning some groups sat around for a bit while others finished a different activity. All in all a great experience though, and I would highly recommend them! read more

There are only 5 Stars on this rating? I would give Team Building ROI a perfect 10 if I could. I only had a week to figure out a team building activity for a client group of 22 people. We had a beautiful setting for our meeting, we were going to be learning about our MBTI preferences, and delving into our WHY of work. Luckily I had come across TB ROI a couple of years ago, and I gave them a call. They accommodated my crazy schedule, customized their team tournament to fit the needs of our event, and delivered it flawlessly. I didn't have to lift a finger. Jay, super energetic and fun, came, set up, cleaned up, and led the team through 6 different activities. The team was engaged from step one, and it truly was the highlight of our meeting. I have tried to lead fun activities with my teams in the past, but hiring professionals like Jay and Ryan made all the difference. Thank you both, you not only saved me, but added meaningful content along with the fun, and we used the experience to build a new team strategy from the ground up. Awesome company! read more
