The volcano was a new experience for me, so correct me if I'm wrong, but you sip the coffee without mixing. The coffee is iced but does not contain any ice cubs, as the milk is chilled. The iced honey vanilla latte was also good, strong coffee flavor and not super sweet. It takes a while for drinks to come out but that was expected as I read the reviews before coming here, and it is a nice to relax and slow down while waiting for your coffee. It a small space but they have a big table in the back where some people work. I would definitely try this place at least once!

Ashwini was so quick to respond via WhatsApp and throughout the whole process, she was very professional, prompt and so helpful. She made the whole ordering process so simple and a breeze. The end product was a beautiful cake that was much better than I imagined! It was a chocolate cake with vanilla icing and I was so happy she was able to use buttercream as opposed to fondant. So many bakers I had reached out to in the past with a similar type of request had told me this was not going to look the same as my request picture but Ashwini had NO issues at all which shows how skilled of a baker she is. Upon pickup, she also provided a pickup general guide which mentioned all of the objects on the cake were edible and which had a cast to avoid! Her attention to detail to mold each piece and even note it for me the customer, was incredible! The roast was hosted at his lovely home tucked away on a wooded hillside in Fairfax (Amazing view I must say). Dan started off with some basic worldly knowledge about coffee and then got into different roasting techniques, sharing a couple of his passionate stories about coffee along the way (very enthusiastic and knowledgeable). The part most special to me was actually roasting the coffee beans over the open flame. Putting the knowledge I just learned to the test was a very gratifying experience.
