The volcano was a new experience for me, so correct me if I'm wrong, but you sip the coffee without mixing. The coffee is iced but does not contain any ice cubs, as the milk is chilled. It takes a while for drinks to come out but that was expected as I read the reviews before coming here, and it is a nice to relax and slow down while waiting for your coffee. Ashwini was so quick to respond via WhatsApp and throughout the whole process, she was very professional, prompt and so helpful. She made the whole ordering process so simple and a breeze. The end product was a beautiful cake that was much better than I imagined! It was a chocolate cake with vanilla icing and I was so happy she was able to use buttercream as opposed to fondant. So many bakers I had reached out to in the past with a similar type of request had told me this was not going to look the same as my request picture but Ashwini had NO issues at all which shows how skilled of a baker she is. Upon pickup, she also provided a pickup general guide which mentioned all of the objects on the cake were edible and which had a cast to avoid! Her attention to detail to mold each piece and even note it for me the customer, was incredible! I could see her development starting the 2nd week of enrollment. Her curious nature was able to get the nourishment it needed through play and directions. She quickly made friends with the kids there and learned to share and play together. The staff is amazing. A special shout out to Ms Meenal the director for making it easy for us and the transition from beginning to eventually full time enrollment. It was so seamless because she pays attention to the kids and will let you know what to do when the time is right for your child. The other shout out I have to give is Ms Wannie for being such a great teacher for Olive. Olive comes home every day and mentions her and what Ms Wannie taught her today. I want to share a funny story to show how grown up she is already. At 2.5 years old she told her mom she was thirsty and to get her some water. Her mom said to her "you're a big girl you can get up and get your own water". Her response was "mama a big girl too, get Olive water". She made her mom carry her from the bed to the kitchen to get her water hahaha.

What stood out to me immediately was how warm, clean, and genuinely caring the environment felt. The transition was honestly hardest on me--as a new mom, it was difficult to let go and trust others, especially while still learning about toddler behavior. There was a biting phase early on, which I didn't realize is normal at this age (and eventually my boys went through it too). I almost pulled them out, but instead of making me feel judged, the staff handled it thoughtfully and proactively by moving them into a smaller toddler classroom. That made a huge difference. Since then, I've been incredibly happy. The teachers are truly amazing--you can tell they genuinely love and care for the kids, which is not an easy job. My boys are learning so much and are engaged in a variety of activities like arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and holiday celebrations. They've also developed a great routine (and somehow nap better there than they do at home!). As a single mom with limited support, KinderCare has made my life so much easier. The team is accommodating, supportive, and makes me feel welcomed--like family. I'm really grateful we found this place.

With distance learning going on almost everywhere else last year, I was happy to have my son be able attend in-person kindergarten. The classroom was capped at 12 students. His teacher is the best. I've seen so much growth and confidence in my son. Staff and teachers here are all wonderful. My kids enjoy going to school. During the months the school was closed early during the pandemic, my kids would walk around the house pretending to go to school. My youngest son started in the Toddlers (1's) class and transitioned over to the Preschool six months ago and is thriving in his new classroom. He seems to be picking everything up really quickly and talks way too much now. He loves coming home and singing and talking about his teachers and friends.
