There are maybe 20 seats if you want to dine in, including a row facing the downtown drag of Hampshire. This is my second time here. First time I just got tenders. They were fine. Not my son's favorite, but I'm sure fine for most kids. Today was a much better order. Today I got the Southwest chicken wrap. Half tonight for dinner and half tomorrow for lunch, it's a healthy portion. The Southwest dressing is amazing, decent spice level; between mild and medium. The chicken was sooooo good! Grilled, tender, not overly seasoned, excellent! The tortilla chips in the wrap are so crunchy. Loved them. There was also black beans, onion, lettuce and tomato. Also corn, did not love, felt canned, but overall excellent order! My son got a hot dog! Excellent dog for $4. Great snap, beef dog with excellent flavor and a steamed poppy seed bun. Lastly are the fries that came with the wrap. Nice portion size. Not the nicest flavor. A bit dry nor salty enough. They are fresh cut, and look like they could rival Beef Shack, but not yet. I placed an order for dinner today, and asked them to please wrap them separately. It seems like their solution here was to give us an extra boat of fries, instead of letting me have my fries without mustard on them. Which I don't understand, because my well done fries were the ones wrapped with the polish and had mustard on them. They also didn't put grilled onions (standard) or lettuce (which they charged me for) on my husband's burger. Fantastic. This place just seems to be a loss for us, and in the future we'll avoid it.

I called the restaurant to let them know about the quality of the food. Alex told me a refund would be issued and said the manager approved it. Later in the same phone call, the manager agreed to the refund and then a different manager reversed course, saying the food would need to be brought back. By that point, the food had already been thrown away because it was not edible. I did take photos of the food in the garbage and will be including them with this review. What was most frustrating was not just the poor food quality, but the inconsistent and contradictory response afterward. I reached out to give the restaurant an opportunity to address the issue and instead received mixed messages and no resolution.
