My first Haiku poem for Yelp! Serious sausage. Plan on falling in love, K? Freshly made. So good. =)

What my friend ordered

I've been working at my job next door for 6 months and have never been here until today. It's open half of the week but it's a really good place. The staff are friendly and let us try a sample of one of the tri pepper sausages. My friend ordered a tri pepper sausage with a side of Chili Mac and Cheese which she liked and I ordered the "Crazy Meaty Cheesy Melt" with tri pepper sausage with no bread. The gentleman (I assume he is Mike) had no problem making it for me without the bread and even sliced the sausage for me and added grilled onions. Definitely not disappointed and it was WELL worth the price. I'll definitely be here again and I recommend this place to anyone looking for some yummy sausage. They also sell the sausages frozen, they sell wine, salsas, spreads; everything! Thanks for the yummy lunch!

Yelpers, While out dining, have you found "Mad Mike's Sausage" written in your restaurant menus?? Most likely yes, because they're appearing more and more.....Old Vine Cafe, Surfas, Booster's Sports Grill, N.B. Brew. Co., Mutt Lynch's. They are seriously the best sausages I've ever had! I don't know what they put in 'em, other than: -Apple Cinnamon -Black Pepper Cajun -Garlic Chicken -Jalapeno and other peppers! And they sell more than just sausage--Marinades, dressings, sauces, glazes, check out their website! I'm pretty sure there are no retail stores, you've got to buy it online. I first tried Mad Mike's sausage at the Orange County Wine Society's annual tasting event and was blown away. Mike is a big, jolly guy...they do private "tasting parties" for around $5/person (says their website). It's a must-try!

First time on open mic night. Great entertainment lots of talented musicians and artists. I really enjoyed the evening. I must say the food was great. I will be back.

We tried Mad Mike's sausages at a tasting at a local winery. Delicious is the word I have to use to decribe them. Yes, you can find decent tasting sausage at some grocery stores, but nothing comes close to those that are made and sold fresh. We brought back to AZ two of our favorites, the tri pepper and the chicken fiesta. SO good! The spicy sausage was also very flavorful but not quite spicy enough to be called "spicy" imho. Now that I have tried it, I think Mad Mike's might be one of our local stops to stock up while in Temecula...along with wine, olive oil, spices, etc.

I like the yam or sweet potato but the smashed potato is kinda taste funny

Was here for the Yelp event. The time I've spent here is more than any other groumet place I've been. But I felt It wasn't totally a good use of my time except meeting more yelpers on the event. There aren't so many food choice I would typically enjoy to have nor recommend to my friends and family to have. But overall it was a niche little place worth visiting

The aisles are spotless, the customer service is consistently great, and the made-to-order juice bar is a fantastic touch that really sets this place apart. That said, it's definitely on the pricey side, so it's more of a treat when the budget allows. The meat selection , especially the steaks it's expensive, but you can clearly tell the quality and freshness are there. Their beer selection is another big plus, especially if you enjoy IPAs and craft beers. Overall, it's a wonderful market with premium products, and I'll absolutely keep coming back whenever my wallet agrees!

I…read morewalk into Barons Market on Rancho California Rd, and immediately, my olfactory receptors are singing. This isn't just a store; it is a gallery of edible art! From a food science perspective, the curation here is impeccable. I spent a solid ten minutes just admiring the turgidity of the organic Granny Smith apples ($2.99/lb)--crisp, tart, and bursting with malic acid potential. But the real magic? The Hulas coconuts and the bulk bins! There is something deeply primal and satisfying about scooping your own trail mix or pouring shimmering olive oil from a stainless steel fustifermo. The salad and hot bars are a triumph of texture and temperature control. I built a plate that was less a "meal" and more a mosaic of flavors. As I sat there, savoring a bite of their roasted veggies, I thought: This is it. The world is an adventure best tasted in small bites, and Barons provides the perfect map. If you love food that respects its molecular origins and a staff that treats you like a neighbor, you must visit. Very relaxed and casual. It's a maximalist dream of flavor!

I enjoyed petting them and feeding the animals and being able to spend that time with the animals unlike in a crowded carnival style place that has a petting zoo. The staff who greeted us at the front were super sweet and friendly and playful too which makes the place feel just like another alternate world full of good, happy people. They have a little shop full of chocolates and when you enter, a staff member offers you a sample. She asked what we would like to try while kids received a milk chocolate with sprinkles on it. Because they're probably made with a lot of love and labor, the chocolates aren't cheap but not ridiculously overpriced either. I'm for sure the type though who would have spent a lot more on the chocolates if the tickets were cheaper but that's just me. I'm sure the ticket sales are better. A lot of people do walk out with purchasing any chocolate when I was there. I had fun looking at all of them though and deciding what I wanted. I will be back again when my children are a little older and it's a good excuse to stop by a winery while you're in the area.

We ordered the Charcuterie Brunch Board for 20 people which was explained as 20 people sharing as an appetizer or 10 people as a meal. It included: ***Goats Cheeses (Humboldt Fog | Midnight Moon), ***Sheep's Milk cheeses (4 month aged Manchego), ***Cows Milk Cheeses (Mature English Cheddar | Double Cream Fresh Brie), ***Spicy Capicollo | Hard Italian Salami | Prosciutto | Mild Coppa | Bresaola ***Mrs G's Hot Pepper Jelly | Organic Fresh from the Hive Honey & Raw ***Honeycomb ***Rustic Bakery Crisps | Rosemary La Panzanella Crackers ***Temecula's Little Bread Company Mini Butter & Chocolate Croissants ***French Waffles | Kettle Cooked Fudge Chocolates ***Italian Olives | Cornichons | Caper Berries ***Fresh Fruit | Fresh Herbs The ordering process was very easy and the store is very cute. When we arrived, the place was hopping and the poor woman at the front could not find our order. It took some time but she eventually found it. The board was very pretty. $300 seemed steep for what it was, and it really didn't feel like it accommodated 20 people as an appetizer. I provided tiny plates and after our party got up to serve themselves there was barely anything left. At any rate, I'm a fan of Grazing Theory! While I probably wouldn't do one of these big boards again, I'd certainly do a personalized or a board for a few people. The quality and the aesthetics are great.

Food: 5 Service: 5…read moreAmbiance: 5 Hidden gem alert! Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, you would never guess such a sexy, sophisticated spot is sitting right in the middle of it all. From the moment we walked into Fugghedabout, we were stunned. The space is dark, sultry, lightly dimmed, and incredibly chic, something you'd never expect here. It has a very grown up, intimate vibe (21+ only), perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We were lucky enough to visit on a night with live music (they have it Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), and it completely set the mood. Even though it wasn't very busy, the energy was wonderful and the music was excellent. Service was top notch. Meghan was fantastic, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and so helpful throughout the meal. Faith, the owner, also stopped by several times to check on us, which earned major points. Such a sweet touch and much appreciated. Now the food... wow. We started with the seared scallop special topped with caviar, and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked, with the caviar adding just the right touch of saltiness. Honestly, we wanted to order more. The hot goat cheese with hot honey appetizer was delicious and so comforting. Definitely get extra bread, you'll want it. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we tried the taco trio with chicken, steak, and shrimp. The steak and shrimp were standouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but overall we really enjoyed them. And the biggest surprise of the night was the shrimp and sausage skillet. Absolutely incredible. So flavorful and rich, and again we needed more bread to soak up every bit of that delicious sauce. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert, which was good. The sugar topping was slightly thick, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a dessert snob, so while we enjoyed it, the meal itself was really the shining star of the night. I'm already dreaming about my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by everything, service, ambiance, food, and live music. This place is a whole vibe. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food in a sultry, intimate setting. I've already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Meghan and Faith for such a great night. We'll definitely be back!

Fuhgeddaboudit! But my visit was so memorable that I will never forget about it!…read more Faith (owner) really has something special in Windomar, CA., just off of the Clinton Keith exit of Interstate 15. Imagine an elegant Wine Bar with dim lighting, an Old Skool atmosphere, and a wine list and menu of entrees and appetizers that will challenge any palate, compliments of Chef Orquedea. It was our first visit, arriving just as they opened, and having the whole romantic, classy speakeasy all to ourselves, our server Megan, made us feel right at home. Ensuring we received a little history about the establishment, the day's specials, and what some of their customers' favorites. To begin the experience, we received complimentary glasses of sparkling wine in celebration of their one-year anniversary, which was a nice touch. After a brief moment, we settled on sausage and three-cheese skillet appetizers with a house baguette. The two dishes arrived piping hot, gooey, and enticing! Amazingly delicious to say the least! Kudos to their place settings, glassware, and cloth napkins. Our selected wine was excellent as well, and the selection is very worldly and admirable. THIS is my favorite date place in the area!!! Chill, fashionable, comfortable seating, gorgeous bar, soft music in the background allowing for conversation, and the restroom provides a pleasant surprise as well. Hours of operation hover around Happy Hour and dinner, closing at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to enjoying their live entertainment and themed events in the future, at which time I will follow up on this review. Thank you, Faith, Megan & Orquedea for a wonderful time.--
