We found a table and sat down, about 5 mins goes by and no one even acknowledged that we were even there. I got up and went up front and found some menus and brought them back to the table. After another 10 mins went by I figured they were coming and went up to the counter to order. There was one employee in back who looked right at me then went back to doing whatever they were doing. They didn't bother to tell me it's gonna be a min or even acknowledge I was even there. Finally someone showed up and took my order. We had to go remind them we had drinks so they gave us cups, there was no ice so I had to go get a cup of ice and bring it back to table and give each of us a tiny amount of ice cause the girl seems super annoyed that I had asked for ice. The food came out and it wasn't good, the pizza was bland and had very sparse toppings, they didn't bring silverware so we had to go hunt down our own. Terrible terrible place, it used to be good but has gone down hill badly.

At 3:50 pm the main food display was without chicken, but adequate quantities of everything else. 6 or 8 people were waiting around for chicken. After 30 minutes of sitting waiting, like everyone else in the "restaurant ", I asked the girl who was working about when the chicken would be available. Her snotty reply was, "...just settle down." WOW! Chicken finally was brought out at 4;39. By that time we had pretty much lost our appetites and the grandkids had contributed over $30 for the video ripoffs. So, what could be better? Train your staff to treat customers like customers, not your enemies. Maybe hire a manager who knows how to run a restaurant and train employees to treat customers with courtesy and respect.

It was very goopy. The shrimp tasted nice, but the chicken was covered in an unidentified sauce. This was later identified as "almond gravy" - it was tasteless and simply added goop and sogginess to the chicken. The chicken itself was cooked well, as were the shrimp. The fried rice was fairly generic and required soy sauce. So, the meal was just fine. But, rather pricey for being fairly mediocre.
