A real person to talk to) and provided several email updates over the 3 days he had my iPad. The repair cost was over $50 less than it cost me to replace just the screen two years ago! But best of all...Lindsey offered to come in to the shop on a Saturday morning, when they're normally closed, so that I could pick it up to have over the weekend. Boom! I'm hooked. After my last call, I received an "unsigned" "no name" letter on their letterhead saying "...have not been able to provide the level of service necessary....We have donated a large amount of time and effort trying to resolve your various issue..."
