NO RESPONSE. Dan did come out in March but that was more a search and discover mission on his part and on my time. He didn't seem to know about MS Office and its compatibility with WIN10. Was WIN10 fully installed? PROBLEMS WERE NOT SOLVED. After my last call, I received an "unsigned" "no name" letter on their letterhead saying "...have not been able to provide the level of service necessary....We have donated a large amount of time and effort trying to resolve your various issue..."
