A real person to talk to) and provided several email updates over the 3 days he had my iPad. The repair cost was over $50 less than it cost me to replace just the screen two years ago! But best of all...Lindsey offered to come in to the shop on a Saturday morning, when they're normally closed, so that I could pick it up to have over the weekend. Boom! I'm hooked.
