The shop is a work shop, not a fancy office, with a crew of young techies working behind several screens. I liked it. I worked with Lindsey at LB, who answered every time I phoned (no voice mail! A real person to talk to) and provided several email updates over the 3 days he had my iPad. The repair cost was over $50 less than it cost me to replace just the screen two years ago! But best of all...Lindsey offered to come in to the shop on a Saturday morning, when they're normally closed, so that I could pick it up to have over the weekend. Boom! I'm hooked. I recommend LB, at least for similar repair work.
