I had been referred by a friend who was very happy with the quality of the work they had received so I called at 3:30 on a weekday to get a quote. The guy who answered had answered from his vehicle stating that they usually close at 3:30 even though the posted hours online are 4:30. He seemed very knowledgeable and said that since he was driving he'd text me with his cell number so I could send him a picture of the items I was looking to have powder coated. I said that would be great and that I would also drop by the following day with a sample to match the color. So, no text with his number but I decided to go anyway to speak with someone in person. Showed up at 3:05 only to find locked doors and an empty parking lot. Called again and got the same guy answering phone. I had asked if anyone was there as the sign on window said their business hours were open until 4:30. He said that they close at 3:00 on Fridays and then started laughing when I said i was there to show a sample to get a color match. He told me that his partner was on the freeway but would turn around to come and meet me. I told him that it was ok; that i'd look elsewhere to take my business. A bit disappointed I wasn't able to get work done but there are plenty of powder coaters in the area. If you do choose to do business here I'd call to make sure someone is there before wasting your time making the drive.

REPLY FROM LYING OWNER: These wheels had really bad casting marks so we stripped them, primered them, and powder coated them. perhaps the primer was added too thick to try and erase the casting marks ORIGINAL REVIEW: Garbage. Wheel was never stripped of the original coat and has way too much PC on it now. Wheel is slowly leaking air. Also, they somehow damaged my original custom black TPMS sensor and replaced it without telling me. Even for the price, it's garbage. They have plenty of business, they could be a bit more honest.

I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.
