Anyone who knows me knows thats "the end of the world".....so I had to get rid of them eyesores ASAP. Anyway, they responded to my inquiry right away and provided a quote after I sent some photos. Price was reasonable...$255 for 2 wheels~normally $160 for one. They gave me a mini discount because my second wheel was not too bad. Guy came out and was flexible enough to meet me on some random street near where I was volunteering at. So basically while I volunteered, he fixed my wheels...talk about multitasking lol. When my wheels were done he texted me~maybe took an hour or two? Now let me tell you~my wheels were back to their original look...couldn't even tell where the damage was! They did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again! Cheap & efficient!

These guys lost any chance at my business right from the jump with their arrogant,…read morecustomer-unfriendly approach. I sent in my photos and details on Monday. It took them 3 full days to get back to me radio silence until Thursday afternoon around 4:45 PM. Then, out of nowhere, they demanded a deposit within 15 minutes (had to pay by 5:00 PM that same day) or I'd lose my appointment slot for Friday. I was stuck in rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles no way I could handle that on the spot without risking everything. You make a potential customer wait 3 full days for a response, then hit them with an impossible 15-minute ultimatum during peak traffic hours? That's not customer service; that's pure arrogance. They used the $50 deposit to lose a customer instead of giving time or more options to pay since I waited 3 full days to even be contacted. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone. All this did was guarantee I'll never come back and actively pushed me straight to your competitor, which turned out to be a way better experience. He was responsive, professional, no pressure tactics. All anyone has to do is look on Yelp: the guy who is second with 718 five-star reviews is the one to go to. There's a reason you multiple accounts with reviews: the inconsistency shows. One bad interaction like this costs you a customer forever and now a negative review that future people will see. How you treat people matters just as much as (if not more than) the product or service. This experience screamed "we don't value you until you pay," and it backfired spectacularly. I wouldn't choose this brand even if the work was top-tier. Think hard about pushing rushed deposits on people you've barely spoken to, reviews matter, and this one is loud. 1/5 stars. Steer clear if you value basic respect, reasonable communication, and some flexibility after making customers wait days.

I am so glad i chose Victor to ppf my car parts. Called him last week, made an appointment to drop…read moreoff my car to have the CF section ppf on the hood and wing. Victor is very responsive and offered me a price i could refuse. Everything was done the same day, very happy with his quality of work. Every little piece was precisely cut and i couldn't even tell its even there. I would go back to Victor for any ppf or tint job next time. Highly recommended

By beginning, I mean from the phone call to finish. I called and left a voicemail and Victor responded very soon after answering any questions I had about cost and service. I came to to Victor to get my cars windows ceramic tinted to manage the heat a bit more in my already black vehicle. Some of my car was previously tinted, without the ceramic layering. The ceramic is worth the extra cost in my opinion if you're able to afford the difference. I do a lot of driving and I am significantly more comfortable now after having my windows tinted here. getting into my car now is much cooler to begin with and my AC system is more effective and uses less energy to keep the cabin cool. Victor went far and beyond my expectations and even called me the following day to make sure that everything was of satisfaction and I appreciated this. He informed me that his service has a life time warranty and that if anything were to happen such as bubbling I'd be able to return and have it fixed. I will be definitely returning here in the future if I need any services done on my windows and recommend to any reading this as well.

I took an electrical panel door to CMF for powder-coating. The finished product was "just OK"…read more I dropped the project off on a Monday and was told it would take one week to complete. I called the following Tuesday and left a message for Antwione. I called again on Wednesday and left a message for Antwione. I called again on Thursday and finally got a hold of Antwione. He seemed confused by who I was but after I reminded him, he confirmed that the piece was ready for pick-up. When I picked up the piece Antwione showed me what I needed to do to reattach the door (use a screwdriver to pry the butterfly clips apart) but would not do it for me (I suppose he didn't want the liability if anything broke). He also explained that the spring latch would bounce back once the door was attached. Unfortunately, the spring latch broke the minute we got the butterfly clips back on. The door (which was warped during the process and will no longer lie flat) is now being held shut with velcro strips. He charged me $130 for the project which I later found out should have probably been in the $85 - $100 range. You can see the "hook marks" where the door was held in place during the powder-coating process but since they are on the inside of the door, I'm not going to complain too loudly. I won't bring another piece back here - there is no justification for it based on the quality, price or service received.
