He helped me find the specific pair of glasses I wanted. The QR code said it was sold out, but he went out of his way to dig through their inventory and find it for me. He even made to to double check it was the exact same pair as the display. The wait wasn't too shabby, and I just did some shopping while I waited for my glasses to be ready. These glasses cost about $200, which is kind of pricey. But, I pay for glasses at my optometrist for about the same pricey anyway. At least I got a pair that is super cute and fits my look.

I think if I'd gone to another eyeglass shop that doesnt do same-day glasses, I'd have been able to go as big as I wanted

Last year, I came here, but I decided not to leave a review even if their customer service was bad. As I thought, maybe it was an off way. But today's experience was the same as last years. Today, I walked around to check out the merchandise. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and no one checked in to see if they could help me. I love the eyewear of the brand which is why it is the place I get my glasses. It's wild to me that the same experience that happened last year happened today - no greeting, no one asked if I needed help. But the weird thing is they greeted other people and asked them they needed help. Two years in a row of no customer service is wild. I'm sorry, but it makes no sense there's no customer service when they have at least 4 employees in the store. Y'all are not that busy. One of them was even using the table in the center to do a few push ups LOL. Really I don't understand this location except they have no customer service here. Literally don't know why they ignore me here because they did welcome other people coming in. Is it how I look? I already knew I was going to get the same glasses from last year and my prescription is the same. Easy sale, but I suppose they didn't want the sale. There are only 7 locations in the US and the only locations I've ever visited was their Seoul Myeong-dong store. I guess they are known for their funky art displays that seem to be unique in every store. The Seoul one had giant robot faces, this one has 2 donkeys in the front and a half robot old lady in the back that terrified me when I realized she wasn't a real person. The sales associate was amazing and told us a lot of the history and also recommended some funky and more standard frames. They have semancoses near every pair on display where you can get a direct link to it on their website. Some models are sold out and everything on the floor is for display only so they might not have everything being shown. They have an interesting sales model where everything is limited and produced just one time so if you see something you like it may be gone forever quickly.

However, things quickly became frustrating due to constant delays and inconsistent information. On February 28, I called for an update and was told I would hear back on March 2. On March 2, they called and said the glasses would be ready by the end of that week. On March 7, I called again and was then told it would take 3-4 weeks. When I pointed out it had already been 4 weeks, they changed it again to 4-5 weeks. On March 10, they called and promised the glasses would definitely be ready by the end of that week. On March 13, they informed me that their lab had lost the frame and they needed to reorder it and resend it to the lab. They also said it was the lab's fault, not theirs. However, the lab is their partner--not something I chose--so I don't think it's appropriate to shift the responsibility to someone else. On March 16, they called again and assured me the glasses would be ready by Thursday or Friday that week. Now, more than 7 weeks have passed, and I still have not received any call to pick up my glasses. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

I had purchased them in Vegas and they were *trashed* after a few years of heavy, everyday use. Even though they are an older style, Diane was able to easily look them up and order the replacement lenses from Italy. It took about a week to get them, replace them and repair one of the arms, which was also loose. About $60 later and I have practically a brand new pair of shades. The grounds are kept very clean and the business appears to be run by an older man and woman. I had a short wait, as there were two customers ahead of me. I learned that he tries to repair while you wait. The lady assured me he would be with me soon. Five minutes later I met the gentleman and showed him my broken glasses. He told me they could be repaired but involved repairing the hinges and other items. He gave me a price quote-which I felt was very fair considering the damage. I paid up front (they do take credit cards) and I told him he could have them for a few days. I came back a few days later and the glasses looked great.
