I went to Macy's because I had to get shoes. I HAD to. There were holes in my soles. It was very bad, indeed. The thing is shoe shopping just isn't my thing. Perhaps I'm missing a piece of my genetic code as a full fledged woman but shoe shopping is not at the top of my list of fun activities. In fact, I don't like shopping much at all. But, I digress. So, I had to buy shoes. These shoes had to be cheap (under $60.00 was my goal) and comfortable simply because I wear them on a daily basis to work. It's bad enough to have to go shoe shopping, when you add in the aforementioned parameters things start to look pretty grim. I went once, after work to Macy's Union Square because no matter which shoes I purchased I wanted to put them on the good ol' Macy's card (get an additional percent off and not spend all my cash). I went to the second floor. The whole place was littered in heels, boots, slippers, flats, clogs, and mules. I honestly didn't know where to start. The frustration had begun. It seems to me that Macy's is always curiously over-heated. Whenever I go into one of their stores I get too warm while browsing. This is exactly what happened as I strolled the floor picking up one shoe after another to check the price on the sticker. Every time I lifted a shoe its underside made me cringe. The price of even the cute sale shoes made me queasy. All of the uglier shoes we're reasonably priced but too hideous to wear in public. This was my dilemma. It got so hot in there, there were so many shoes, that I gave up my search and shuffled out of the store in despair. The next time I made the trek to Macy's, about a week later, my love tagged along. He didn't get how shoe shopping made me feel so awful. I was determined to let him see how miserable an experience it can be. We came prepared. At least he did. He had a strategy on how to proceed. First, we wandered the perimeter to look at the shoes in the wall cases. Then we turned our attention to the shoes toward the middle of the display area. We even walked into the 'expensive' section where I rarely dared look for anything because it's way out of my budget. His idea was to find something I liked in any section and then use the more expensive shoe as a guideline to look for a knock off. Yes, I know he's brilliant. At last I discalced and placed the cute Clark's brand shoes onto my sore soles. What's this-a cute shoe!! I glanced at him. Then I glanced at the shoe. I glanced at him again. The question flew out of my mouth "So, how much?" He said, with a smile, "They're on sale". I walked to the register, shoes in hand & my oh-so-amazing bf. The man at the register said "Twenty-five fifty". I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked how much the shoes were and he repeated the same number. WOW. It's the season the shop for boots and Coats, unfortunately I didn't find either to my liking. However..... as I was walking through the shoe department a young associate who appeared to have some sort of disability but by far the genuiness of his souls and compassionate customer service just took my breath away. I ended up buying two pairs of adorable shoes and he was simply so sweet and left me with a great customer experience. read more

Ada in the Dress Department-- you need to improve your customer service skills. Not only did Ada deprecatingly say to me "you want the full treatment" huh? once but she had the nerve to say it again to me in front of other customers. And, what was the "full treatment" you ask? All I requested was for my $145 dress put into a garment bag with the hanger AND then placed into a Macy's handled bag, which Ada sneeringly said to me cost 10 cents. Lady, I'll drop $5K on a Chanel purse, I ain't sweating 10 cents. Sheesh.... read more

Im not one to shop at Macy's all the time, let alone write a review on one but this particular location, I knew I had to write a review for. This Macy's is located in Union Square park, right next to LV and across from Union Square garage parking. This particular Macy's is always decorated really nicely during the holidays and you can find Christmas trees everywhere. This Macy's is rather large and has 5 floors of shooing space. The place itself is always well organized and wells stocked with items. The staff here really love their job and they are always willing to help you. The Cheesecake Factory restaurant is located at the roof top of Macy's and you will get some amazing views from up there of Union Square (so the hour and half long wait to sit outside with heaters for a cold night is worth the wait!). Overall you can't go wrong with this location and would recommend this store to anyone! A must see if you haven't already! read more

This is the nicest Macy's I've ever been to. For one thing, it's huge. The second, they hire nice people. Case in point, Ruth who works in the ladies' hosiery department. I was having trouble deciding what size of leggings to buy. The brand I was buying came folded up on little hangers. I'm sure you've seen it. Ruth let me take two different sizes into the dressing room to see which fit best. So nice!! read more

Not too crazy about this Macy's location (it definitely ain't New York). I find the store layout very counterintuitive and frustrating to navigate. The worst part is the pushiness of the salespeople. NO, stop asking, I don't want to pay with my Macy's card...because no, I don't have one...and NO I don't want to save 15% today!! Very creepy shoe salesman here. Looks like the late Jean-Michel Basquiat in a soiled suit and tries to multi-task by bringing you shoes to try on that you're not even interested in while asking for your phone number. Used to shop at the Union Square store whenever we needed anything. Haven't been in here in a couple of years, and I just remembered why. It was Monday morning, December 22nd. I ran in to purchase a necklace as a Christmas gift. I knew exactly what I wanted. the jewelry department being so large, I tried to find a salesperson to help me. It was 10:30 in the morning, the store opened at 9 for the Christmas Holiday. There were not a lot of customers in this place, actually more salespeople than customers. All of the sales staff with the exception of a few, very few were busy standing around talking to one another. I asked, politely, actually very politely where I could find the Pearl Necklaces advertised. The sales staff that were busy talking to one another would not direct me to the appropriate counter. I finally found a younger woman (early 20's) who walked me over to the display that I was looking for. She also suggested that I take my purchase to a specific counter as it would be much quicker..... If not for that one sales person who was actually busy stocking display cases, I would have walked. when it comes to Customer service Macy's is a total zero! This was my very last visit to a Macy's Department store. I will continue to make my purchases on line, and not Macy's On-line... read more

5 stars for Christian at the Benefit Browbar/counter. 1 star for [insert what's her name?!] at the Chanel counter. Benefit: Christian did a make-up trial on one of my friends and did my other friends' eyebrows. He is fabulous and is so nice, for real. Next time I need to purchase something, I am definitely coming back here to see him. All of the workers at Benefit were really nice and not intimidating like most make-up counters which can make customers timid and just walk away.. but not at Benefit! Chanel: Oooh no. There was only two people working here. The guy was busy helping customers with make-up but the lady was straight up mean. I asked her if they had the Glossimer set still because I saw it on display earlier and she said no they ran out but she could check if they have more in stock up stairs. She asked me if I was going to buy it, DUH... wtf, I would not go to your counter asking for it if I wasn't. How fucking rude. Her make-up was horrendous and she is too old to be damaging her hair like that when it is already frayed. Whatever. I am never coming back to this Chanel counter, at least the girl that helped me last weekend in Sacramento was really sweet. read more

Deceptive sales practice. So I finally agreed to setup a Macy's credit card when I decided to make some big purchases for my wedding. One piece of jewelry didn't fit so I exchanged it for one that did. What they didn't tell me: When you return the initial purchase after signing up for the credit card, they revoke the discount they offered. This amounted to a $46 charge to exchange a necklace for the correct size. They don't charge restocking fees and get great reviews for their return policy. I'm surprised they would do something so underhanded when it comes to signing up for their credit card. Go ahead and get the card bu make sure you have no intention of returning those initial items. read more

I went in to see the new men's department since they closed the dedicated men's store. The new men's department is on the 5th and 6th floor of the main store. The men's room in the men's department was closed. Escalators were broken. The whole vibe was very depressing. I didn't feel like spending any money in this pathetic place. I finally found a men's room in the basement. Half the faucets did not work. They need to spend some money to fix up this store. read more

I went into the Men's Fragrance department looking for a gift. I knew some scents I was interested in and was certainly not in the mood to be bothered. Everyone knows there's nothing worse than a pesky frangrance seller! Unfortunately, this man approached me who was obviously sent from one fragrance line to promote only a few certain scents. He kept shoving scents in my face and would not leave me alone. He kept telling me that the scents I liked weren't any good and that his scents were far better. One particular one he pushed in my face was a new fragrance called (I kid you not) "Hummer." Even if it was the best-smelling scent in the world, there is no way I would buy it. Finally, when he left me alone for a minute, I escaped over to Nordstrom's where I had a much better experience. The salespeople waited until I asked for help, and then suggested a couple of excellent scents. I found the perfect one. I filed a complaint with Customer Service at Macy's and although they were quite attentive and considerate of my complaint, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will definitely be going to Nordstrom's for future fragrance purchases. read more

Welcome to discountville, population me! I came to the sixth floor in hopes of finding new bedding. I've had the same boring bedding since my sophomore year in college, it was time for an upgrade. I walked up to the first person I could find, his name was Raymund. I was like "Yo Raymund, I need some awesome, comfy, magnificent bedding, ASAP". Raymund was like "Hey Jason, let's get you set up", then I was all like "How do you know my name", and he was like "Macy's goes out of their way for customer service". So, his name was Raymund, and some of that conversation didn't happen. Before I knew it we had found the perfect bedding set. All in it was going to cost around a thousand bucks. Yikes. I definitely went super aggressive and got all down pillows and comforter. We made it to the register and there was a 30-40% discount on everything I had purchased, JACKPOT BABY. On top of that I was randomly wearing a red shirt and Raymund said they had another fundraising discount for wearing read so I got an additional 20% off. I walked out of Macy's with a copious amount of comfy goodness for about $570. ...I'm going to take a nap now. read more

Yesterday might of been one of the weirdest days I will ever have in my life, I kind of wonder how I made it through without a cocktail. First, I might have fainted on the N because we were packed like sardines and the driver accidently forgot to turn the AC on, but that is not why I am writing a review for Macy's. So, Yesterday I decided to take my full hour lunch and some how I ended up eating in the food court of Macy's...it's close. I ordered my food, got my diet coke, and sat down waiting for my sandwich. I politely responded that I was not, and went back to my lunch. The man continued, "Well I am Macy's Santa Claus, and you look just like an Elf! You would be great as one of my elves!" Really? I've been in several Macy's in several cities- everywhere! Macy's is just Macy's one step below Nordstroms one step above JC Penny. Yet at this Macy's, no not one in NYC or even in Beverly Hills, I was treated like I was too poor to be inside looking around let alone shop there. I only went here to make a payment since I was in the neighborhood and there is no Macy's in Berkeley. The lady at first counter walked away as I approached. The second counter, I was ignored until I waved my hand and motioned for her to come near. I don't have the plague, I'm not a hobo, yet I was treated like I must've mistaken the place for a Kmart or 99 cent store. I informed her I just wanted to make a payment and handed her my card which she acted like she was afraid to touch! So I suppose you wont be respected here unless you don your best dior, d&g, lv, gucci or chanel. But if you could afford to only wear those what the hell would you be doing shopping in a Macy's in SF? Dear god, its Macy's! Someone on food stamps could afford to shop here. They sell garbage brands, do I have to name them? I've been treated better shopping on Rodeo in sweats with bedhead. My fiancé and I spent the day in San Francisco, and we were both in need of some new jeans. He graciously said that I could go first, so we walked into Macy's. Daaaaaaammn. This is the largest Macy's I've ever seen. It was definitely overwhelming. I knew that I wanted to find a killer pair of designer jeans, so I consulted the map of the 6 (6!) floors. I saw a section called something like "Designer Jeans" on the 4th floor, so we tried to find it. Apparently, "Designer Jeans" doesn't mean the designers I was looking for -- instead, it meant older designers like Buffalo, Levi's, Calvin Klein. Mine (7 for All Mankind, Joe's Jeans, Paige, etc.) were on the 3rd floor instead in the "Impulse" denim section. I'd hope that I wouldn't make an impulse decision when buying something so pricey..... Anyway, we found the other section, my fiancé collapsed into a "guy" chair (you know, for waiting boyfriends, husbands, dads, etc.) and I started looking at jeans. I quickly figured out that I needed to find a salesperson to unlock the alarms on the jeans I wanted to try. I lucked out with Chris. Chris was incredibly helpful. She listened to what I wanted in a pair of jeans, and she thought of brands that would look best on me. She never left me in the dressing room for more than 5 minutes at a time, and her recommendations were fantastic. She gave me honest feedback, and I ended up with a pair that flatters me and will hopefully last a long time. The reason why I take off a star is for my fiancé's experience. After Chris helped me find the pair I thought I was going to buy, I called him to ask him to take a look. He sent me a text a bit later to let me know that he tried finding me in one of the fitting rooms and that he got yelled at by an employee b/c he wasn't allowed to be in the fitting room area. She half-heartedly called out my name, and when I didn't answer, he felt so unwelcome there that he didn't want to keep trying to find me in another fitting room location. Wha? What kind of customer service is that? I removed another star because it was fairly complicated to find the restrooms -- we ended up finding them in the basement right next to Ben and Jerry's. Eeew. I can't imagine getting ice cream from that Ben and Jerry's when you can smell the bathroom aromas down the hall. My experience overall was great. If I want to brave the crowds, and especially if I want Chris's help finding another great pair of jeans, I'd return to this Macy's. Otherwise, I'll go somewhere closer to home. read more

This is basically a department store on steroids, but in the good way. Incredible shoe selection (HUGE sale section), women's clothing, men's clothing, housewares, bedding...everything is awesome! And for how large this location is...every employee I've ever talked to is friendly, never overwhelmed with the crowds and just delightful. Nice work! There's alos (on the first floor) a small food court with a Ben & Jerry's, Jamba Juice, truffles and a few restaurants. You honestly never have to leave...it's great! Overall...I'm a big fan of this Macy's. Shopping has never been so easy and fun. read more

FURNITURE DEPT ONLY: They have an extensive, affordable selection of sofas that beats the options i saw at: CB2, Ikea, Z Gallerie, West Elm, EQ3, Ruby Living Design, Crate and Barrel Outlet, and Costco......So if you're looking for a GREAT VALUE, check out Macy's furniture department for your next couch! After looking at the sofas at Macy's I realized a lot of the "trendy" furniture stores are a total ripoff. OH, and on top of it all, Macy's furniture warranty is INSANE. Approx $165 for 7 years of coverage for stains from food or bodily fluids...in other words, if you spill wine on your couch they'll come clean it up for you. If they can't clean it, they'll replace the cover. If the sofa is discontinued by that point and they can't replace the cover, they'll refund the full value of the sofa. And if you don't use the warranty at all within the 7 years, you get the $165 back (exact value depends on how expensive the sofa was in the first place). AMAZING! I wanted to adopt them all, but I had a dress to shop for. Let me start out by saying that I hate malls...I hate department stores...and I hate Union Square. Shopping anywhere within a 5-block radius of Union Square is pain-inducing...but I had to find a dress for an upcoming holiday party...pronto. I checked out all of my favorite (and not so favorite) independent boutiques and came up empty-handed. So I had no other option but to drag myself into every major department store. I went to Nordstrom...sucked big time, but that's another review all together. I went to Bloomingdale's...not bad, but I still didn't find anything. I went to Barneys...are you fucking kidding me? Gee, let me just sign over the deed to my house so I can freakin afford one-tenth of a dress. Maybe part of a hem will do or at least a piece of thread! Hours later...I finally ended up at Macy's and lo and behold! Tah-da! There was the perfect classic black dress waiting to be bought and accessorized. (That'll be me at your holiday party looking all Audrey Hepburn-ish.) So next Christmas/Winter Solstice/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa, I won't waste any time...I'll just make a beeline for Macy's. If you ever wanted to see everything that Macy's carries in one place, I mean everything, then just head on over to Macy's in downtown SF. I've never seen so many woman's shoes in my life. Why am I looking at woman's shoes? Because I'm a good boyfriend and there are a ton of shoes here so it takes a while. It's kind of an overwhelming madhouse, there really isn't a discernible rhyme or reason to how it's laid out. It's just a crap ton of shoes all over the place. Men's shoes are kinda laid out by style, sometimes, but ya, I've been here at least a half dozen times and it's always an adventure/nightmare. We actually just registered for our wedding here, and that was a super pleasurable process. The wedding registry people were super nice (why shouldn't they be, you're signing all your friends up to spend lots of money at their store). We got some tasty cookies and beverages and a scanner gun and were sent on our way. They also watched our bags for us, which was great so we didn't have to drag them along our epic registry building journey. This location has a bunch of on-site restaurants, but they are all kinda touristy. The best element is a Starbucks conveniently located on the fourth floor if you need a quick pick-me-up after visiting the shoe department. read more

I had to almost BEG and MAKE A CASE that i was SINCERE about buying a ring, before the sales person was willing to open the cabinet and let me try it on!! SHE ASKED ME "DO YOU INTEND TO BUY? WHEN DO YOU PLAN TO BUY IT? TODAY?" i was half expecting her to make me commit to buying before i could see the ring, like put a reserve charge on my card or something!! i said my birthday was the next weekend, and i was shopping for a nice ring for myself, and she said "IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING IT RIGHT NOW, THEN I"M SORRY. NO USE LOOKING AT IT AS IT MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU COME BACK...". and she just kept her keys to indicate that "NO. I WILL NOT SHOW YOU ANY RINGS" [later she told me she wasn't working the next day -- which explains that if my purchase was not going to be on her comission, she's not going to bother showing me anything] the only reason why i put up with that older lady was because i was already falling in love with that ring i saw in the cabinet. It was only later when she established that there might be a chance i was just going to buy it on the spot, that she reluctantly open the cabinet to let me try it on. When i wanted to compare it with another ring, she REFUSED TO SHOW IT TO ME!! She didn't want to answer any questions about the jewels either. No. the jewellery counter was not crowded and busy. She had nothing to do. Yet she didn't want to serve me. I suppose i needed to bring my bank statements to show yes, i can pay for the ring before i get some service? but i'm still thinking about that ring. maybe i'll go ask the nice ladies from the bedding department to come down to the first floor, and help me with my purchase transaction. otherwise... i'm crying about the insult, and the denied access to that pretty ring (i'm not going to buy the ring from THAT horrible sales person)... read more

Recent fraud on my debit card from this specific Macy's location. My card never left my possession and I haven't set foot in this store at all. I'm led to believe one of their staff either is pulling some funny stuff at the register or their employees aren't properly checking ID's nor are they enforcing simple fraud prevention like disallowing multiple high-amount purchases on the same card in the same hour in the same store... I've contacted their corporate numerous times and filed a police report. Macy's corporate has been transferring me all over the place, giving me different numbers to the wrong department and blatantly ignoring all my requests to speak to someone in regards to this. read more

I've been a Macys fan since 1998 and don't know how it took Me so long to come here but I finally did! I loved it. I was avoiding everything I came across here. horrible traffic just to find parking 1 hour. What I did find $15.00 plus tip. lots of unfriendly people. stop lights filled with pedestrians. loud noise coming from everywhere. oh my goodness! I got yelled at a few times by raged people in their vehicles. Makes me appreciate my country town even more. I got the real feel of the the big city for a moment. You never get the in the centralvalley. I splurged a little but it was all worth it. Shoes for days. 1 whole floor with all the shoes you can imagine. WoW!!! In January 2008, I went shopping here with a friend in preparation for an overseas trip. After purchasing a couple hundred dollars worth of clothes in Macy's, we stopped by the Macy's luggage section to consider purchasing some luggage. After the salesperson spent some time regaling us with stories of her time living in San Francisco, I noticed the bag I'd just had was missing. We looked all over the area, but apparently it had been shoplifted while we were looking at luggage or listening to the salesperson. Another salesperson, seeing my frantic search, directed me to Security, who whisked me downstairs to a small room. I was left there for about 20 minutes in what felt like a small interrogation room. The door was left open, and I could see Security checking the bags of each employee as they exited the building. Finally, a Security manager came and asked me to describe what happened. I said the items I had just purchased had been stolen, and asked if they could check their security cameras to help catch the thief. She asked if I had paid for the items. I said yes. When she heard this, she became rude and said that's not the store's responsiblity, and that they don't have security cameras. This had to be a flat out lie. For the few dollars labor they saved not helping a paying customer, Macy's has surely cost themselves thousands in revenue, and will cost themselves tens of thousands more, as I will never, ever, ever shop at Macy's again. read more

This particular Macy's may have more merchandise to offer than others, but customer service needs major work. After waiting for some time at the counter to return jewelry, I approached Mireille since she was wrapping things up with another customer. She refused to help me! Then I realized they must be paid on commission, so helping me with a return wouldn't get her a dime. Their shoes department wasn't any better. I had to hunt someone down for assistance. He told me to wait while he got the shoes in my size, but he must've forgotten because he moved on to helping someone else. Thank goodness for Bloomingdale's. read more

This store has almost everything you could want under one roof: - trendy, affordable clothing - great sales - there are "Super Saturday Sales" almost every weekend!! And what's not to like about 65% off diamonds and fine jewelry?! - an addictive basement kitchen department - a great slightly-nicer-than-average foodcourt (Wolfgang Pucks makes a HUGE caesar salad that I have literal cravings for!) - a coffee shop with a fabulous view on the 4th floor, Confetti Coffee - the Cheesecake Factory is on the 8th floor, so you can shop while waiting for your table - a plus-size department larger than any other major department store with styles that aren't insulting to my sense of fashion or to my wallet - a HUGE shoe department with inexpensive trendy heels to high-end quality brands, and everything in between! These are the reasons I gave Macy's 4 stars instead of 5: - For some reason, the shoe department doesn't carry above a size 10 (yes, I know, if you hunt long enough, you'll find 2 pairs of 11's, but that hardly counts, given the literally thousands of styles they carry in sizes 5-10!) - The lingerie department refuses to stock larger sizes in bras or lingerie. So, if you're above a 36D, you will probably want to head across the street to Nordstrom's. - Macy's wedding registry is one of the worst dinosaurs out there...it's great if you can actually find the items in the store, but they probably won't be available online, and even if they are, they'll arrive broken, several weeks late. Trust me on this. - The women's bathrooms on the 3rd floor and lower level are so poorly maintained, not at all ventilated, and are generally so disgusting you'd be wiser to just wait until you get home! - Their "Tools of the Trade" brand of kitchenware might be really inexpensive, but it's poorly made...better wait until the better brands are on sale! A note: to the people who complain about Macy's clothing being so expensive and how they'd rather shop at Ross...you get what you pay for. And by shopping the obscure all-polyester brands at Ross, you are supporting child labor in 3rd world countries. Trust me, I'm in the rag biz. In closing, I'd rather shop Macy's any day than sift through the frumpy frocks at Nordstroms, where the sales associates stare down their noses at you, or at Bloomingdales/Neimans where I can't even afford the air. Macy's is a nice, moderate, trendy, and fun department store, and is a lovely refuge on Union Square, in the midst of designer boutiques that are fun to look at, but impossible for the average person to afford! read more

Holy. Crap. Have you seen the new Impulse section? It's over half of the third floor and seems to go on and on and on...I swear, it's the largest selection of trendy, high end clothes for the mademoiselles in the city. Literally. You cannot do it all in one day. Or without Power Bars. Minus one star because I'd still rather support small local businesses, no matter how big Macy's Theory section is. My review is specifically for Macy's By Appointment and my shopping experience with Edward this past weekend. What a phenomenal experience, Edward was the ultimate stylist! I emailed in advance with a few goals and provided a list of items from the site that appealed to my style. Edward did a great job of pulling some of those pieces, along with other suggestions. Besides one piece that I had originally picked myself being a winner, everything I chose to buy were items that he pulled for me, he has a tremendous sense of style. I didn't feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything, in fact, Edward helped me to cull down the collection at the end of my appointment to ensure I was only buying items that I really wanted. I wish I could do this again and again and have Edward as my secret fashion weapon, but, I'm relocating to a new city and am therefore happy to share this secret with SF. Macy's By Appointment is an awesome free service that makes you feel like a VIP. You have your own dedicated dressing room and get to really capitalize on your time by trying on looks that fit your goals and sizes right one after the next. read more

What has happened to customer service? It was an early afternoon on a Tuesday, when I decided to try to find some new shoes. I have only shopped at this Macy's since moving to San Francisco. It has the largest selection, and when I need shoes, I always leave with a pari or two that meet my needs. Today the place was empty. There were less than half a dozen people trying on shoes. Most of the employees in the shoe department were standing around socializing. I really don't care that they were socializing. And I really don't want them to kiss my ass or be overly pushy; but a simple "how is your day?" or a "do you need any help?" just once in the 1/2 - 1 hour I spent roaming around and trying on some samples I guess was just too much to ask for. And it wasn't just the shoe department. I went throuugh the make up department on my way out. I actually did not see one customer, besides the people walking through. remember that I wanted to find something there before I left. I began walking around completely lost, stopping on occasion to try to figure out which way I should go. Some woman employees were laughing as they were making their way to behind the counter. They seemed to size me up, then actually continued to walk past me as tthey had made it to the counter. I walked by a couple of other mini groups of woman employees just the same. I actually shook my head in utter amazment. I finally had to interupt someone to ask where something was located. She seemed pissed that I had interrupted her. Though she at least pointed me in the right direction. looked down and took stock on what I was wearing as I was leaving. I usually shop looking like a slob. But since I am in desparate need of duing my laundry, I was dressed quite impecably. I will definately make it an effort to shop other places before I go to Macy's in the future. read more
