Levian pendant and chain

Ron in the jewelry department was wonderful. He helped me with selecting gifts and also to find a matching piece for some jewelry I got from a Levian trunk show many years back. He was super patient and professional. Definitely check him out if you come by.

I like Macy's for my clothes. I like Macy's sale prices. I do not like Macy's regular prices. So when I go here i stick with the discounted racks. The clothes they sell are good quality by recognized manufactures. I like knowing what I buy will not fall apart the first time it is run through the washer. As an example of their prices, last night I bought 4 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of golf shorts for about $200. I left happy feeling I got my money's worth. Macy's see you next time I need clothes.

I've been to Macy's twice in my life. Both times within the last month to this location. And both times they left these tags on clothing items I purchased. My mother burst out in tears because she thinks I'm stealing. I would like $10,000 for the emotional distress this has caused my family, but I'll settle for you removing the damn tags from the clothing items so this doesn't happen a 3rd time.

Overflowing trash during the Covid Pandemic.

I went to Macy's with my friend who wanted to buy a pair of shoes. The store was FILTHY with overflowing trash recepticles and disgusting women's restrooms. I was STUNNED!! The toilate(s) on the second floor were broken and out of service. The third floor bathrooms were so disgusting I elected to wait and not use them at all. This is really sad because they still had their hallmark sitting lounge as you enter the bathroom where I remember many years ago breast feeding my baby!! When I brought my concern to SEVERAL employees, I received a blank stare, eye rolls, and was simply ignored. During the Covid PANDEMIC, many establishments have Closed their bathrooms to the public. That's because Hygiene is key in preventing transmission of the Corona Virus!! Public safety is not a priority to Macy's. My friend could not find ANY shoes in her average size, and the place was a mess!! Discarded Items were piled everywhere! The staff looked beat to the ground, never even smiling or offering assistance. We ended up leaving, and going to Walmart. Walmart was clean, with people throughout the store were cleaning, sweeping, and restocking OUT OF PLACE ITEMS, not blocking the isles like HEB grocers!! Walmart predominantly stocks their isles during the hours the store is closed. Macy's can whine and cry about the economy and their poor sales, but at the end of the day it's about customer service, and the fact that their "New Normal" has eliminated that! Going to Macy's was not only a waste of our time, but a threat to our health!!

I've had a Michael Kors watch that I've been needing to size for the past six months and I finally got some time off of work to come by the location to get it fixed up. The sales associate Adriana was super knowledgeable, quick and precise with sizing my watch plus she had a good attitude considering everything that's going on with the pandemic. If you need something make sure you go see her! Happy thanksgiving Adriana!

Adriana was very nice and let me know that she did not have them at her location, but she would get them for me.

There is history all over the walls, and you can see this is a beloved family run institution. That immediately made me feel good. Everyone in the store is also extremely friendly and helpful, the service is top notch. I had signed up for an appointment for a fitting, and I had a very specific suit color in mind (dark hunter green). I knew this wasn't the most common color for a suit, and I was a little nervous because I've never been through the tailoring experience before. Matt came over and walked me through everything, he helped me pick out not only the suit that is perfect for what I was looking for but he also helped me find a shirt, tie, belt and shoes. He was with me every step of the way. My suit had to be ordered and altered since it's not a common off the rack color, the team at Penner's kept in touch with me the whole time. I never had any doubt that I was in good hands, and any questions I had were answered fully. The price for everything was also extremely fair in my opinion. I fully endorse Penner's if you're looking for suits, clothes, shoes or anything else wearable. There's a big selection, and it's not just suits they also have just about anything for men's wear. A great selection, and a family owned business. I feel very fortunate to have Penner's in town and I will be back!

Nice place and well stocked- unlike discount stores today. Won't be the absolute cheapest, but fair price for a great suit that hangs right and looks amazing! I asked him to customize the shirt I was buying and he did so as I requested. Lots of great selections and if he didn't have the size, he would just make it for you and Chip it just like he did for me. I was able to give lots of input on my redesigned guayabera. Let me explain... We walked by the store about a year ago and my wife saw me starting in the window. She eventually went back and purchased a shirt off of the rack for my birthday. It was a very cool shirt, but the design was not for me. Luckily, Javier allowed us to bring it in and pick a new shirt to customize, which is exactly what I did! And for no extra cost! My one of a kind Guayabera was the talk of a recent event I went to. It's stunning and unique, and most certainly walking art. I cannot say enough about how much I love this shirt and the overall experience I had working with Javier. He is an artist and it shows! Highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many suits they had. I walked around for a bit trying to find someone to help me, but either the associates were busy with other customers or didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, I approached one associate, and after explaining what I was looking for, he was very helpful. He found my size, the color I wanted, and was informative throughout the process. I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. So I ended up getting a full suit for the price I originally planned to spend on just a jacket. The issue came with alterations. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. I had to pay an additional $56 to get it adjusted properly. Overall, K&G is a great place to find a suit at an affordable price, but be cautious with tailoring. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask for a second opinion to make sure you're getting the fit you really want.

The store has a whole vibe to it that's more Marfa than San Antonio, where things are slower, more relaxed. I enjoy their selection of patches that you can use to dress up any outfit to make it more awesome. They're more expensive than those ones made out in China, but they have a shag carpet kind of effect on the embroidery that makes it a hundred times more kickass. They sell knives! Check out the ones with the Texas flag handles- they'd go great with a Texas independence day festival for limes. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They were super helpful and friendly. They are inspired in part by Georgia O'Keefe and you can feel that minimalist but warm influence in the store. I bought a small home goods item and they gave me a free zine on mental health. You could tell this place is a true passion project of the owners and when back in town, or online, I plan to support them!
