I just drove here after looking online and it saying 5pm. Well they closed at 4pm and when I called to let them know about there online difference they said we just looked and it says 4. The girls here are always very rude. I'll just take my business elsewhere. I'd advise the same if you want people to treat you kindly. read more

I purchased a dress there about 6 months ago and loved so was in the neighborhood about 3 weeks ago, went in and purchased the same dress but in a different color and print. I didn't try it on due to the fact I knew what size I ordered previously. I get home and it fit completely different. So I stopped by asking to exchange for different size or store credit and they refused. I explained that the sizing was off because I have the SAME dress in the SAME size but this one is completely different. They still would not honor an exchange. I would hope that a small locally owned store would want repeat clients. I would just stick to Nordstrom because their return policy is fabulous and they would have honored this exchange. The clothes are super cute however the customer service is terrible. When I entered the store the girls were talking about other customers being rude and how they had complaints on them. I'm not surprised. They were very unhelpful and only attended to certain customers. They also stated, "people just come in here and spend money." The whole experience was very unpleasant and I would not recommend shopping at the San Antonio location. read more

Oh my goodness! Shopping here was a very uncomfortable experience!! My daughter and I were the only customers, and all 4 salespeople descended upon us and would not let up! We couldn't pick out our own clothes much less think about what we wanted. They were very pushy, all 4 hovered around the dressing room insisting to see every item my daughter put on trying to talk her into buying each one. They do have some nice clothing, and usually the salespeople aren't so pushy. Don't know what happened. read more

Impeccable Pig is a chain of pretty adorable little boutiques filled with affordable jewelry, overpriced clothes, and really friendly stylists/helpers - in line with Francesca's but far fewer accessories to choose from. This is the only San Antonio location, and the only other store I've been to is their Dallas shop in Snider Plaza. Here's the deal: It's a great spot to pick up that blingy necklace you need for a singular special occasion and don't want to drop too much dime for. I have to say though, their "large" sized clothing is definitely not what is considered large anywhere else. Everything runs small, as I found out trying to squeeze into dress after dress in the dressing room. Even still, the girls I spoke to were all really helpful and made for a pleasant experience despite me feeling less than thrilled after a non-successful shopping trip. I'll stop in again for last-minute costume jewelry or a gift for a stylish friend. read more

Checked out this little boutique the other day after eating at Bird Bakery. Cute place with chic attire and jewelry. I asked about the quality of a certain necklace, as to if it was costume jewelry or plated gold? I was answered by "I don't know... no one has returned it yet..." If a necklace costs $38 dollars, there is some sort of value I am paying for, and I would like to know what it is, and what it is made of so I can make it last. The correct response should of been, "I am not sure, but I can find out for you." I bought the necklace anyway because I loved it so much, and the chain broke off when I took it out of the bag at home. *sigh* This establishment needs to work on educating their employees about their products and to not give such mediocre answers to customers. read more

I went into today to do some birthday shopping. I have bought many times from their online store but never visited in person! I have truly been missing out on an experience.
