The playground for my kids was excellent, allowing my wife and me to focus on selecting the right couch for our new house. The entire sales team was very helpful and friendly, assisting us in choosing the right couch and mattress for our daughter. The delivery team was in and out of our house very quickly and efficiently; they were on time and very professional. Overall, my experience was a 5out of 5 I was very happy with my purchase and the experience was amazing. I have no complaints. Everything was positive, and I'm satisfied.

Service upon entering was lacking but I wasn't bothered by that. I like browsing undisturbed but that didn't last long. The store is huge but I wasn't bothered frequently met with helpful faces. They were even passing out hydration which I thought was nice. I'm glad I dropped in. The shop manager, Lori, made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly kind and took the time to show us the fountain pens as well as introduced us to all the wonderful products the shop offers. You can really tell how much she cares about the customers. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

Revolution has bulk toothpaste tablets, and an underarm detox. I'm going to jump on the trend and try the organic deodorant cream. I bought some dishwasher pods and toilet bombs and everything smells so good. The sales clerk that was helping tried his best, but his sales folder did not provide for the veteran discount. We set up a time for delivery for the next day. By this time, I had been standing for over an hour. I mention this because I'm 80 years old and handicapped. They were supposed to pickup the carpet from the store at 1:15 p.m. and deliver it. At 4:p.m. I called and was told they couldn't find a driver. it's now almost 5:00 p.m. and no carpet. I do not recommend this store.
