I placed an online order for pick up and to me, that means not having to wait in line to get my order. Am I wrong? I guess I could be. Anyway, I wait to be recognized as there was only one person on the checkout and she did not address me at all. I looked around for someone else to see if they could grab my order and be on my way. To my relief there was a staff member working nearby. When I asked for assistance, she hesitated and I could tell she was about to tell me to stand in line. I had my id ready but she wanted the email that I was sent with a barcode. I told her I got a text it was ready...? I searched for an email as it took a minute, she asked for my id. At that moment I found my email, she scanned it and I was on my way. I try to consider reasons why the employees behave the way they do, and I suppose they wanted to get out on time and were doing their duties before they close, but I still think the priority should be the customer. That being said, I was happy to be able to place an online order and pick it up same day! I love the sales and being a cardholder has some nice advantages. I'd like to see more variety for toddler and boys clothes. read more

Convenient location - can be hard to get out of the parking lot and onto the access road at times, but it's really as good as any other Old Navy. Selection, pricing is fine, store cleanliness, and staff friendliness are perfect. read more

Conveniently located, great prices. It's easy to get lost in here during my lunch hour and it's difficult to not walk out with the entire store. They have a good selection of seasonal clothes and have a great selection of sizes, too. The shoes and accessories are also always fun to look at. It's easy to look comfortable and stylish for a bargain here. Old Navy's tees, tanks, shorts, and dresses are all perfect and comfortable. Honestly, I'm just glad I've lost enough weight to fit into their clothes. I feel normal shopping in there. read more

This location is convenient because it is right off 410 and surrounded by other stores like Ulta, Gap, Ross and more. We walked in and weren't greeted by the three cashiers talking among each other. I've found that this Old Navy location doesn't carry as much clothes as the one at the quarry. I do love that I'm able to shop for everyone in my family at Old Navy and they are always having deals on their clothes. read more

Store was clean and well organized. I was surprised to see sports stuff - like Spurs and Rangers T-shirts. Found everything I needed. Store had an excellent selection of shorts, both on clearance and regularly priced. I highly recommend checking prices on the receipt before leaving the store. The PJ pants were on sale for $16 but rang up $19.99. The cashier said if we bought another item it would kick in a 15 off 50 discount but it turns out that discount isn't available on clearance items. It was a miscommunication all around, which isn't a gigantic deal but we ended up buying an item we didn't need to get a discount we didn't get. Anyway, the clerk was very nice and looked up our card for us with ID (again to get the add't discount). I understand why stores spread coupons over the entire transaction, but it makes it a pain in the rear to return something. I'm certainly not going to bring in everything to ring down the entire transaction just to ring it up again. Overall, decent visit. read more

This is a fabulous Old Navy. From picking up a tiny bikini for our honeymoon to buying seasonal staples for our now nearly 2 year old - this store has come in handy. I don't stop in often, but when I do, I wish that I visited more. I recently stopped in for a few summer items for the kiddo and while the regular items are reasonable, the sale items are fantastic! I have even found last season items and purchased them a year before our kiddo could wear the item - but at literally .97 cents, why not? Staff have always been friendly too. Parking can be a bit of a pain in this busy plaza, but if you shop around at other places the parking pain sure is worth it. read more

Very convenient location for me and always a good selection of clothing but every time I go in there the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. One employee was on his phone standing in the men's section and for some reason every time I cash out the staff is always robotic and could care less. Me:"Hi how are doing?". Cashier: *no response*. You'll find nothing but friendly sales reps, a lot in stock, and crazy good prices here. The lines do take a little bit sometimes. If they don't have your size in stock they make it fairly easy to have it shipped to store or your home from online. I don't have much more to say. They need more staff. The manager just stands around saying "Welcome to Old Navy" while the lines get longer and longer. The rest of the staff gossips and glare at you when you ask them for help. At least there's a decent selection. I've been to some ONs that look like they're going out of business. read more

I'll never go to this Old Navy (Huebner Oaks) again until the time Chris works as a cashier there. Once, when I was shopping, I wanted to pay with my credit card but had not brought my ID coming from jogging.Thus he refused to sell a $4 shirt to me since he asked to see my ID. It was OK for me although he did not ask anyone else for an ID when paying with credit card. He asked my name to hold my items for me so I gave him my credit card to write my name from it (for his convenience because of my foreign name). But he started to giggle and teased me because I gave him my card to read my name off it and I didn't spell it for him. So I went ahead and spelled my name but then he told me that there is no "H" in my family name which is obviously not true! I was shocked by his behaviour and that he treated me with ignorance, racism, and discrimination. He continued to mock and bully me for my name! Finally my friend came and paid for my item with her cc . However I paid for the item which still he was hesitant to sell us and left. But still I can not forget his behaviour and rudeness after 8 months. Recently, I noticed that he still works there so please go and shop at another store if you don't want to experience bully and racism from this person. read more
