My sales associate Tony! - A man wearing glasses and a green checkered shirt, identified as Tony, is working at a Macy's checkout counter, using a mobile device.

Had an exceptional visit to retrieve some last minute slacks prior to our European Cruise next week! My wife was able to order & pay for it all on line, so I was just left with pick up; and Tony made it pretty seamless!

First time in shopping at this Macys. Went to buy some nice shoes for me. this older employee that works in the shoe department was really helpful and really friendly. I was satisfied with my purchase.

Love this Macys Great selection. Great staff, very friendly. Nice when they have the discounts.

Love me some Betsy J.! - Pair of pink lip-shaped earrings with rhinestones and purple heart-shaped stones, displayed on a card with 'Betsey Johnson' branding.

This is like our little boutique Macy's - it's smaller than most locations, always has been & that's what we love about it! I haven't been shopping in forever but wanted a new pair of earrings. I popped in here about an hour before they were scheduled to close (during the week that's 8 pm). The woman at the jewelry counter was super sweet to hold the two pairs I found, while I jetted upstairs. "Just for a few minutes." Haha. Wow - I had no idea they have this massive clearance area called "Last Act!" Also that they are the official "Grateful Dead" merch provider! I just thought that was odd b/c TGD were anti-establishment and yet here are all these shirts. Big picture: even though this site has less selection than the larger Macy's, they have kickas** sales! In no time at all, I found women's Levi's jeans on sale & b/c I didn't want to spend precious time trying them on, I bought two pairs, so I could try them on at home and then return the pair that didn't fit. In other high drama: my Macy's card was declined. WTH? I specifically hit up Macy's b/c I have their card & haven't used it in forever. Right at the cash register, I called Macy's Customer Care number on the card. At the same time, Andy the gentleman employee who was assisting me, picked up the phone & got Customer Service on his end. That was so nice - I didn't ask him to do that! Macy's Corporate informed me "if you don't use your card in 30 months, your account is closed." Yes I had my debit card but the point of me being there was to be able to use my Macy's card. Apparently I have to reapply for a new one. Even so, the two employees helping me - Andy & a young dark haired woman w/ cat eye makeup - were so friendly & helpful. It was like 7:58 pm & time for them to go home but they were sweet, not rushing me & apologizing about the card, even though that was totally out of their control. I dashed down to the jewelry counter, pretty certain that the earrings I'd spent 25 minutes picking out, had been put back but nope! They were still saved for me. I thanked that employee profusely b/c I've worked retail & it's annoying when customers come in at the last minute. The store was fairly empty but I loved admiring all the beautiful, shiny baubles + so appreciate how hospitable Macy's people were to me!

My search for the men's suit continued but like other Macy's locations, here also didn't have my size available. However, very helpful staff. He went above and beyond looking for all possibilities in any location of the valley for my size. Overall, it is luck if you get your size and choice of suits here. For me, it was a hard-luck.

Toys r us in macys. It's cool seems same prices as walmart - Toy aisle in Macy's department store featuring dolls and toys on shelves, with a Toys R Us sign visible in the background.

Macys is trying. The store is very clean and it's a beautiful store in a great and expensive location. We love walking in here and how nice it is. The elevator is so tiny. They added toys r us upstairs. They seem like a miniature mall inside of a department store. I think I get why they call it department stores. Lightbulb. We come in and buy a pair of shoes, or shirt in support because even though these big businesses have failed to adapt; we appreciate the local effort in how beautiful they keep the place and staff who still bring us the back in the day glamour. I remember Macy's glamour back in the day and now in the current day these department stores have always been overpriced (best sales of course) but these businesses never gave customers a reason to be loyal. Amazon has played well to our laziness and entitlements. I give four stars because the store is so beautiful and the bathrooms are always clean.

Beautiful Macy's! You never fail to deliver an exciting time. This is a wonderful location that has been here for many years. It was the Broadway originally and then with Macy's bought The Broadway it became Macy's. A glamorous location. A staple department store at the Biltmore shopping center on Camelback and 24th St. Three levels at this location. All beautifully air-conditioned ,which is so important when it's 116 outside. Always a glorious sale. And so many beautiful clothing, shoes, and things for the home. Plus half the First level is the make up department. If you have a Macy's credit card you can get lots of good deals coupons and rewards dollars. There is covered parking in a three-story garage next to the store another major plus ,when you are in extreme heat.

Shambles - Home decor and bedding items such as pillows and comforters are arranged on shelves, with Shark vacuum cleaners in boxes on the floor.

JUST TRY to talk to ANYONE at this store. I gave up after an hour. Even the chat overseas could not get me a direct phone number.

So it's Valentine's Day weekend and I was told that this Macy's has been out of stock on gift boxes since the holidays? Almost 7 weeks and you haven't had gift boxes?

For example, their selection of Tommy Bahama clothes is large enough that it would fill an entire men's section at other locations.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically 10 AM to 8 PM daily except for Sundays from 12 Noon to 6 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the Biltmore Fashion Park along with valet options. I was a little bummed but went to Whicker Goddess instead and purchased an adorable vintage silk dress. As I opened the door I didn't see any workers or other shoppers and walked further into the. Two workers were talking in the back and made their way out from the back. One said a quiet hello. The other worker didn't acknowledge me or stop talking to the 2nd worker. I casually looked at the clothing racks but didn't see anything I needed but they do have some cute clothes. I did however purchase a plastic vintage green looking oil bottle. It was $39 marked down from $65. When I paid they both did thank me for stopping in. I honestly liked the vibe better at the Whicker Goddess and another boutique several doors down and the shop purveyors at both those locations were so sweet and engaging. While the few high-end items I brought in were 'accepted' - I found the interaction to be cold and hurried as if the associate had better things to do. Telling customers they don't accept merchandise from Macy's and Dillard's or stores "like that" is not only insulting, but dismissive. It should be better phrased. Example of which, "We accept merchandise from high-end retailers like Saks and Neiman's because our extensive research tells us this is what our customers are seeking." This franchise exists solely because individuals bring in items for consignment which, in turn, enables the store to hire associates to sell and service the customer.
