Olivia needs a new job we spend thousands with this company never had issues ever...! she doesn't seem to want to work and her attitude unacceptable. We couldn't purchase one digital they make you purchase an album for $160.00 with only 18 photos on it of which 5 came out decent with our eyes open. The organization isn't perfect and you may waste an hour because they have nothing you need, but sometimes you find gems, and if you're a standard size and just need some socks and water bowl for your dog, you'll find something. Prices are always good because that's the point. The store is clean by Ross standards, and most mess/disorganization is just customers rudely leaving things wherever. I've always been politely greeted when I go in and it sounds like other people are as well when I'm in there.
