Also the store seems to be set up to discourage trying on the outerwear. There are several full length mirrors scattered around the perimeter, but there is so much stuff piled in front of them you can't stand back to see yourself and there is no bench or anything to set your stuff on. If I'm gonna spend $140 on a coat I want to make sure I don't look like an elf or a hobbit in it. I mentioned all this to the clerk behind the cash register. She got needlessly snotty & defensive with me. Next time I'm gonna check out the Hawks Prairie location and see if it's any better.

We couldn't purchase one digital they make you purchase an album for $160.00 with only 18 photos on it of which 5 came out decent with our eyes open. Looked at the size label on the plastic wrap and it says 4XLT. The person picking the product at the distribution center did not bother to read and ship the correct size. Now I have to take it back to the store and deal with the hassle. Oh and slim pickings of merchandise in the JC Penny store at Capitol Mall, reminds me of what Sears looked like before they went belly up. So it won't be long and JC Penny will more than likely be closing.
