Beautiful presentation

I received the BEST customer service from Ms. Sandy and Debbie today! What a delight to have encountered such amazing humans and representatives of Macys. Besides getting a great smelling bottle of cologne, Ms. Sandy was able to get it into a gift box and it is just beautiful. This is the extra special gift for an extra special person who works really hard so the extra mile spent by these Macys associates is deeply appreciated. I truly appreciate these type of experiences especially when I am spending money with the company. This is why I'll be back and have returned over the years is this type of treatment and service. There is plenty of free, safe and well lit parking and of course they are ADA compliant throughout the store.

I placed a order for two 50 dollar dresses for my kids. And they were supposed to be worn Christmas morning while they open gifts. Well one dress came in before Christmas and the other came in this morning. And they have have the alarms still intact. So annoying! I have bad asthma and I am avoiding the crowds. Now I have to go to Macy's to get this crap removed. You can do better for your customers Macy's!

Poorly ran cabling

So I actually didn't buy anything from this macys, because I was too distracted staring at this cabling job. Macys is a multi billion dollar retailer, and THIS is what the store looks like? I'm sure that corporate could afford to have a licensed technician to come out and run cabling rather than whatever 4 year old child climber a ladder and did this job. Why is cabling effecting me not supporting this business? Simple answer, this shows they don't mind cutting corners. If they cut corners on building maintenance and things involving electricity, I'm sure they're cutting corners on everything from small day to day tasks (ie. cleaning) to big picture things (ie. checking if card readers have been tampered with) Would never trust a business that looks like this. Bad looks macys!

I feel very torn, because I had a wonderful experience with the representative last night at the…read moreregister (Edith) and the representative who measured me for the correct size bra (I don't remember her name). However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

I did not know Lane Bryant actually measures and assisted me with finding these two bras that are so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that these bras make me feel like a woman and a little extra sexy. Ms. Edith was such a delight and so welcoming. She instantly greeted me and asked if she could assist me in finding anything. She went straight to work in finding these two bras and they worked perfectly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (after looking around at other clothes). The store is clean & super organized. There is plenty of free and safe parking and the location is easy to find across from the mall.
