4'13'2024 Line for the only dressing room open in the store.

This place has its ups and downs. More downs than ups for sure. I will start w the goodies. Great location. Awesome selection of everything. Clean. Kind and helpful employees. Non-goodies. Although the staff is great, there aren't enough. Rare registers open for check out. Super long lines at cash register. Super long lines at the 1 dressing room open for women. Difficult as h*ll to find the dressing room that's open. ... as well as registers that are open. The temperature on 1st floor always feels like 110 degrees, year-round. I am definitely going to take a break from visiting this location and drive a few extra miles up the road to the next location while they get things together.

I worked at the MAC counter in the Macys at the MALL OF COLUMBIA COLUMBIA,MD. My first day on the floor there was no one to help me. My other 3 days on the floor I was met with a rude manager. I tried to talk to the woman that hired me and due to the circumstances of the meeting, I was not comfortable disclosing my issues. I texted her and she said I could meet with her. The morning of the meeting i woke up to discharge paperwork in my email. When interviewed I was told there was a turnover at MAC. I know the reason. And it seems the higher up people ignore the reason. Because if I noticed in 4 days.... Exactly. I am disheartened by the way everything was handled. I truly love makeup but not at the expense of my mental health. (Copied and pasted from my email to corporate)

The cashier that helped me is doing some type of fraud trying to get people to apply for Macys cards. Buyer be aware if she rings you up.

Excellent women's department. I enjoy shopping here. Salesclerks are a pleasure to do business with.

Nina helped us find a very specific pant size that we couldn't find for hours and was very friendly and efficient throughout the process.

They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.

I couldn't have been happier for Uniqlo to open in the US and this one just miles from my office!…read more I've only passed through a few times to do recon. Earlier this year I'd bought some seamless underwear from Uniqlo in London. I was checking this Columbia location for them, and they were there! After the XMas rush dies down I'll return to get my undies and everything else I want. Looking forward to it!

This thrift store has mostly used items, but you'll also find new items with the original tags still on them. They have apparel and shoes for men, women, and kids. Additionally they have home goods including toys, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, linen, books, sporting goods, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of designer and high quality apparel with the original tags still on them. While other apparel items looked only lightly worn. Among the brands I saw were Vince Camuto, Coach, White House Black Market. Most of the apparel were between $5-$20. In perusing the dresses, I was impressed at how stylish they were. Most of the shoes I saw looked worn and dirty. I wouldn't purchase shoes unless they were brand new. I didn't buy anything this time, but will definitely come back to shop for apparel.

This thrift store is massive. When you want to thrift, you should give this spot a try. Compared to…read moreother thrift stores, it is at least twice as big. This is well organized and has ample items to browse through. If you are in need of clothing, you can definitely find several different types of outfits while in here. Even though there is ample stock, it will take you a long time to browse through here. It is hard to know what you might find. I was in the electronic section and had to take my time to go through items to make sure that they had all the pieces. That was when I wasn't actively being pushed through aisles. Then there is the congestion at the registers. For some reason they decided to put the line to get to the registers right where you enter/exit the store. Making for some interesting movement within the store. They do have some wild pricing here too. There are some unique items they happened upon, but the prices for a donated item that they don't do anything with but put out for sale, is wild.
