I have written and called to complain and give them opportunity to make right and they explained how I didn't follow through with contract when they are the ones that had me Move out early because they rented property. They never told me what I would be walking into! The contractors fixed it my first month in, but it damaged within a couple weeks again and even worse this time! I made a meeting with Lisa. She came over said she'd get back to me in a week. Never did! Sent her multiple emails, she didn't respond for months! Can't get the contractor to respond. Living with a damaged unit the entire 8 months I've been there. Has 901 offered anything? Of course not! I asked if I could end my lease early with no penalty bec of it...Lisa never responded! At this point, I'm just waiting til October when I can move out and get my deposit out. Thinking about talking to lawyers bec I'm afraid 901 is going to charge me for repairs that aren't mine. The owners spent time with me, invested in me as a client, and gave me a great customer service. However, I was recently dumped as a client by them, with no warning. They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me. This situation left me scrambling to take care of my tenants. Now, they have my rent revenue that they've collected (Over $4,700) and they will not respond to any calls or emails.
