I have written and called to complain and give them opportunity to make right and they explained how I didn't follow through with contract when they are the ones that had me Move out early because they rented property. The owners spent time with me, invested in me as a client, and gave me a great customer service. However, I was recently dumped as a client by them, with no warning. They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me. This situation left me scrambling to take care of my tenants. Now, they have my rent revenue that they've collected (Over $4,700) and they will not respond to any calls or emails.

As a buyer's agent, he was patient and competent with a first-time buyer. He carefully explained each step of the process, made recommendations, and pointed out things with each property that I should be aware of, or might need to address before there was even an inspection. We both knew when I had found the home for me, and he walked me through the process of purchasing it with very little stress. However, it was as a seller's agent that he really went above and beyond. I sold the house in 2010 when the market collapse was in full swing. Obviously Randall had no control over that, but he went above and beyond to help a first-time seller with limited means figure out how to cope. He helped me rearrange furniture to make the house look its most attractive. He helped me arrange repairs for the items that came up in the inspection, and even taught me how to make some of them myself, carefully pointing out the correct way to do them that would last. He did not want the buyers after me to have any problems either; when I was going to stabilize a shower head in one way I had seen online, he told me it would not be effective or last for the new buyer, and showed me the proper way to do it. At the time, I had no basis for comparison. Since that time, I have purchased another house myself, and been involved in the purchase and sale of two for my parents, and those transactions have taught me just how lucky I was to have Randall for my first home purchase and sale, and just how much he did for me that was extraordinary and far beyond what the average realtor provides.
