I have been with CrestCore since I purchased my first rental property. If I could give 2018 CrestCore Team a rating of 6 starts, I would. The owners spent time with me, invested in me as a client, and gave me a great customer service. However, I was recently dumped as a client by them, with no warning. They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me. This situation left me scrambling to take care of my tenants. Now, they have my rent revenue that they've collected (Over $4,700) and they will not respond to any calls or emails. read more

I have a property in being taken care of my crestcore from November 2018. Everything was fine while there was a renter in it. October 2022 we move forward with evicting a tenant who hasn't paid rent since August 2022. November 2022 the property is clear and they suggest renovations and repairs before getting it rented again. The bill was 7000+ dollars. The property was redone and sat for 2 months until 1/19/23 where squatters broke a window and broke in. They wanted 1600 dollars to board up the entire house, I asked them for a quote on security bars to be installed over the windows as a more permanent solution. While waiting for this quote I hear nothing back from crestcore. Emails to crestcore weekly trying to get a quote, 2/15/23 I ask for the price to board up the window since I still did not get a quote for the security bars. 2/20/23 I get the amount 2/23/23 I board up the window. Sits until 3/17/23 where I try to figure out why they haven't been showing the property. They inform my management decided to no longer show the property since the window was broken. I immediately pay 600 dollars to fix the windows so they can show the property. Still no contact with crestcore 4/6/23 I email crestcore again finding out an update on the property. 4/11/23 they reply telling me that the property was broken into again and send me an invoice for 1900 dollars dated 4/4/23. The property got broken into 4/4 and they didn't notify my until 4/11 and still no quote on security bars to place over the windows. I can no longer afford to have this house and decide to sell, I notify crestcore that I will be selling the property. They ask for more time to work something out but the property has not collected rent since august 2022 but they kept billing me for yard work and management fees while not actually managing anything. Move forward I contact a realtor and have the property listed. Crestcore makes an offer on the property. Starts off at a great price range. Tells me they went by and noticed it was broken into and wants 7,000 dollars off the price and 3500 in closing cost credit paid by me. I take the offer. They then claim that there's people living in the unit and it's not actually vacant and I should contact my property management, mind you THEY ARE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They demand an another 5000 dollars off the price, fine I take that offer too. Get the closing statement and they not only took the 3500 for closing costs but still had me pay the 2100 in crestcore realtor commission fees on top of that in total I ended up closing on the property at 21,000 less than originally asked. Since crestcore claimed to not know anything about this property even though they've been managing it since 2018. Crestcore is one of the worst property management companies that I've had to work with and they definitely billed me as much as they could to then run the property into the ground and buy it cheap. read more

And then if you lose your job and willing notify them that you will be moving, they will attempt to Evict you about half way through your Notice. Never been late on my rent until I became unemployed at month 17 of renting from them. Not knowing when I would be able to pay THIS mths rent I let them know that I lost my job and would be moving. And now they want to evict me. Let's be honest, I'm not even 30 days late on rent. They take their time to fix ANYTHING, and charge you for services you never received. Crooks... My son informed me that this company hired a landscape company to cut a tree down next to him. In the process the tree company landed a tree limb on my son's fence and new shed he recently installed. A gentleman with Mendez Landscaping came out and said he would take care of the fence and the shed. After numerous unanswered calls no repairs have been made. Crestcore is the property company that hired the tree company. So far they have not responded. It looks like we're going to have to take legal action. From reading the other reviews and complaints they have a horrible reputation in the business world. It appears they are slum lords and take advantage of people. My review is coming from the perspective of an owner with one property that Crestcore managed. I can't really speak to the experience of a tenant as the only dealings I've had with this company are as a property owner, but I can't imagine it's any better. First let me start by saying that if I could give less than 1 star for my review of this company, I absolutely would. They were trash literally from the start. I imagine if I had hundreds of properties or apartment buildings and a fleet of lawyers and middlemen to deal with these guys, it would have been better. If I had brought in more money for them, instead of my one little house, perhaps my treatment by them would have been better. As it stands, it almost could not have been worse. I was never able to actually get anyone on the phone, except for once in the very beginning after a misstep of theirs and I think I had to email one of the owners and threaten to get lawyers involved before I did get a call. I would leave voicemail after voicemail (even after I was assigned a personal account rep, someone who was meant to assist me with issues more directly this was the case) and get no calls back. Invariably my reply would come in email form. And contacting these guys in email is a whole other hassle, I'm not sure what their office hours really are, but it takes forever to get a reply at the best of times. When I finally decided to part ways with this company I was told I could come pickup my key (again in email, as above) and when I got there, the girl at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. I spent probably 20 minutes waiting and explaining to her over and over, and eventually we determined that the key was in the lock-box on the door, so I drove there, got the key and I was able to get into my house finally. It took another 3 weeks for them to remove their lockbox from the door of my house, and then only after repeated reminders to them that it was still there. I assume it would still be there now if I hadn't continued to bug them about it. There were damages to my property, and I sought to obtain the deposit from the tenant, however I was told that the tenant still owed rent and the deposit would be going to that. A month later I received an automated email telling me the tenant had been refunded their deposit. I got some explanation that the tenant owed at the time I originally asked, but not at the time the refund was processed, so I guess they just ignored the fact that I said there was damages and put no hold on this process or anything. I have many more stories to tell regarding the ineptitude of this company, but I'm not sure this is really the place, suffice it to say, my recommendation is if you have any other alternatives to using this company for property management, please use them. read more

1. I have ordered the maintenance to be paused until we have new tenants in place, but I see there was a maintenance performed end of last month. Attaching the approval and agreement email with the maintenance team in the past. This costed me $46 which hasn't been approved. 2. There was a burglary at my property a couple weeks ago, and this gone completely unnoticed by Crestcore team. I only knew about it when a friend of mine that lives in the neighborhood reported about the incident. This is costing me a lot now due to unnecessary replacements etc., I would expect my PM team to be on top of my property especially given that I am non-local. 3. When performing the repairs, I found there was a huge water leakage under the sink that was not reported to me. This must have been happening for a while given the damage of the area. Damage includes dry wall, cabinet fallout and plumbing to a certain extent. This means that i will have to replace the entire cabinet, remove and replace the dry wall and inspect rest of the plumbing. I have been working with CrestCore management for almost an year now, and since the inception of my contract I have seen constant lack of communication in regards to tenant placement, repairs, maintenance gaps and more importantly not able to inspect the property for any big ticket items. For some background here, I have bought this property as a turn-key from a realtor who has performed all the renovations and repairs before handing it over. My expectations were pretty simple: Buy, rent and make returns. But there have been a series of mishaps to a point where I have fallen back on follows: - Tenant was not screened properly, and this ended up with a lot of headache regarding rent payments, destroying the property and finally taking them to court for eviction. This could have been managed better by providing communication, screening well and also checking on the property every now and then. Impact: I have not received a single dime for rents or anything for all the time that tenant was in the property and ofcourse destroying the property - When the robbery happened, I have been notified my realtor/friend about the damage to the house. Not even sure how long ago the robbery happened, this shows clear lack of property management by the PM that managed my property With all the above mentioned, I currently have a bill of $4000 just for the repairs of the home. This is happening only because it wasn't managed right since the beginning, and I am facing consequences for this very reason. read more

Long Review: If you want a rental company that will try to take advantage of you at every turn, who will try to pass off a nightmare of a house full of mold and damage as a livable space, if you want to be stonewalled when asking about any flexibility or human decency, then this is the company for you! Crestcore is a literal slum lord company that tried to keep us in a disgusting mold infested property with a piece of plywood where the dishwasher should be, a broken and unsafe front door jam, and burnt food remnants in the oven drawer. There are plenty of properties in the area that have landlords who won't try and lease an unlivable property, and who will treat tenants kindly. Crestcore was an absolute nightmare to deal with, and I will be spending any free time I have talking about how they treated us. As one investor to another, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CRESTCORE. My husband and I own 9 properties and work with 5 property managers. This is the second worst property manager I've worked with. We purchased a home through Roofstock who recommended Crestcore. Months passed without income. It was only when we inquired about not receiving payment that Crestcore advised that they would communicate with the tenant. This was 2 weeks ago without an update. Crestcore also has not furnished a signed lease for this property which has been requested multiple times. In addition, we've had a home that needed repairs after the home became vacant. Crestcore submitted 3 work orders for different amounts over the span on 1 month. Although requested, they never furnished us with receipts of materials as requested or images of the work completed. They could not explain why we received 3 different work orders vs. 1 complete and comprehensive work order. This was requested 2 weeks ago without an update. I am very upset with agency, I've had the worse experience with them. Very BAD and negligent service. I had a property with them in Memphis, they have changed the person who is in charge on my property more than 7 times in less than 4 months. Then - I had some problems with the tenanat and I had to "chase" the agency to see what's going on with the rent. Eventually the tenant didn't pay rent for 4 months 9!!0 and after me bagging and non-stop contacing the agency they have finally evicted him - not before he left serious damages in the property - more than 6000$ estimated damage. When I tried to get the rest of the deposite back I found out they have used it all for all kind of un knwon and un explaind charges, un justified and un authorised!! I strongly recomand staying away from them and I will continue my dealing with them in court. read more

Property owner here and CrestCore doesn't even deserve one star in our opinion. We had multiple homes managed with CrestCore and they were soooo dishonest!! They over billed us for management fees, treated our tenants like trash, did horrible work (when they actually were authorized to do work), caused extensive unnecessary damage to our homes and couldn't even keep decent financial or property records. We had to unfortunately get attorneys involved to hold them accountable for their dishonesty and to simply get paid for rent money they showed was due to us. We refused to sign a nondisclosure agreement that they proposed with their settlement offer and in our eyes, they don't appear to be the most financial stable group either. In our opinion, CrestCore is an absolute joke and one of the most dishonest groups in Memphis! Unprofessional, unorganized, difficult to get a hold of, and very dishonest. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND YOU'LL SEE THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PRACTICE FOR CRESTCORE. As an owner of multiple homes, we wouldn't recommend CrestCore to our worst enemy. read more

This is the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They charge you for lawn care $58.25 every week and don't tell you about it only for you to be surprised when the rent you receive is down to nothing because of all these charges. They "prove" to you that lawncare was done by showing you pictures with dates on it but you know that can be faked. Plus I was there on the day that they did lawncare and I didn't see anybody. Plus they billed for lawncare before I even owned the property. they upcharge you utilities bill by 15%! The only "service" they did was to pay the bill from your rental collection. Now, that I removed one of my properties from their clutches, they suddenly find more lawncare bills to charge me with! My handyman only saw them once and they were only there for 15 minutes and they are charging me $58 for each bi-weekly lawncut but they bill you for lawncare every week! Not only that, when I opted out of this lawncare service on 10/6/21, they quickly charged me for another lawncare bill that was supposedly done 10/1/21 and then charged me again for lawncare supposedly done 10/9-10/15/21 after I opted out of this lawncare stupidity! Plus they are charging me for lawncare they supposedly did BEFORE I even owned the property! Very dishonest people, grabbing your money. when I did a tour of my first property with them, the guy with me was so disappointed he couldn't find something to rehab when the tenant leaves and he was so disappointed my tenant did not ask for repairs. Now according to the property management contract, if you want to cancel the agreement before the term ends, you have to pay them $100 for this privilege. Zero stars! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Crestcore has proven that they do NOT care about the rental properties NOR the tenants. We have been renting this house since 2015. Never really had any problems until now. We signed the 1 yr contract when we moved in and have been month to month ever since (3yrs). Summer 2018 the A/C went out and it was replaced - no problem - still month to month though. May 2019 we put in a maintenance request (included pics) for the ceilings in the both bathrooms coming off, the carpet in the living room and hall way is OLD (they new that this house needed new carpet when we moved in and had said that would replace it in spring or summer) and coming apart, especially in the hall, (safety hazard), and the siding on the house has not been maintained is detaching from the house. After weeks of back and forth on the phone, nobody from maintenance ever came out to check any of my complaints. Crestcore has REFUSED to fix or replace anything until we sign another 1 yr contract. Even though we have been month to month for yrs now. July 2019 we received a notice stating that they have permanently close the Tipton Co office. Sucks because that's where most of the Tipton Co tenants would pay their rent and let Ms Lynn know about maintenance issues. Aug 5 2019 I drove to the office on Summer Ave. to pay the rent in person. I received a copy of my money order stating that it was received and initialed by the guy behind the counter. Aug 6 2019 I receive a call from Crestcore stating that I owe the rent PLUS the late fee. I told the lady that I had paid it person on the 5th. Aug 9 2019 - I get online and check the status of our account...rent was posted on Aug 7 but it shows that we owe a balance of the late fee even though I paid in person on the 5th and have proof! read more

Completely awful in every way. My landlord decide to sell our apartment building last year and Crestcore was brought on to manage the property. They doubled the rent so we decided to move. We cleaned everything thoroughly (even the things we knew they were going to replace in the renovation). The keys were returned and I waited for my security deposit and waited and waited and waited. In fact, over a year later, I am still waiting. Whenever I managed to get someone on the phone (which has not been often) they would just tell me that they hadn't been given the money from the owner yet. Now I can't even get anyone to return a phone call. I don't see how this is any different than theft. Please stay far away from this company. read more

This rating deserves no stars. My friend recently rented a property from this group 2 weeks ago and his experience has been horrendous! Initially, there was no water heater in the property. It took 4 days to get a water heater installed, then he learned there was a gas leak which had to be found. Finally, the gas leak was fixed but he still does not have any heat. The company finally provided space heaters which took them 2 days to deliver. Space heaters are used to warm a space, not an entire house! His last communication with the company was on Wednesday, 11/30/2016. A representative from the company informed him she would follow up and call him back the same day. He has not heard from her or any representative. This is very unprofessional and inhumane. read more

To whom it may concern:  Everything about this transition has been awful!  From not knowing my home of 6 years would be sold, to being handing over to a company who treats you just like a number. I have never seen such poor customer service from individuals who get their money each and every month. A company you only hear from when you owe them cents or dollars. This has been a completely stressful and unexpected event in my life. No one ever knows anything. The language barriers play a huge part in poor service. I have been calling and begging for things to be fixed and not one thing has been since October 2019. I have had to pay to get a new toliet put in, when the power went out in half the house I had to pay to get the issue with breaker box fixed, I have been going to a Laundry mat with my 4 children for over 3 weeks now, I have had to throw away so many clothes, blankets because they were ruined due to this awful drain issue in the home, Crestcore received a list that had to be fixed by 3/9/2020, I thought I would feel relived but oh no! They did not comply with the order or any other concerns.  I have called and left tons of voicemails only to never received a reponse. I finally met the new supervisor in the maintenance department only to receive more stressful news. The reviews and confessions from several other tenants have all been HORRID AND UNACCEPTABLE. It's not right to treat anyone this way. I have rights, although I'm not in a lease with anyone due to the property being sold. Today is a day I always dread because it's raining so there is currently water leaking in my bedroom and garage again. I have to sit in this house everyday knowing THIS COMPANY COULD CARE LESS and then to have a owner who wants to LIMIT what he or she will fix is mind blowing. I have had so many issues with anxiety since this change, but yet I can count on CRESTCORE to send out harassing emails and text every 1st of the month for a water bill (that's not in my name) and that's not even due until the 15th of each month! No one cares what's happening as long as they receive the 1,000.00 in rent!!!! No compassion, no apology, no communication. I'm so unhappy here and when I asked about my deposit I was told that the previous landlord had not ransferred the money to crest core. I was even asked for my previous landlord's phone number. I have never seen such poor business. Praying that someone who cares will take over this company and make some desperately needed changes. read more

I've had a terrible time with Crestcore as the management company for my house. Here's a list of all the incompetence I've experienced since working with the company... -- I constantly get different information from different people. If one staff member quotes me $500, the other member will quote $600. With zero clarification for which number is correct. Same thing with dates. Its like their departments aren't talking to each other. So I always felt like I was being cheated. -- My tenant blamed Crestcore for losing her section 8 status. Didn't understand why at first... Anyways, she moved out in November before the final MHA inspection. Yet I heard you sent her a rent bill for December and January as well. Again, its like the departments aren't talking to each other. -- (2) MHA inspections failed with no help from them. After repeated emails, I was finally told what happened with the last 3rd inspection. The last one was reported inconclusive since no tenant was present-- Cause she left in November! Why is it so hard to coordinate an inspection? -- Staff either wouldn't answer emails... or would take days to answer emails-- sometimes a week! -- Very slow in everything.. from securing property, getting pics, invoices.. Everything moves like glacier, while I'm leaking money. Nothing gets done without repeated follow up emails. I have another house with a different management company, and I've experienced none of these issues. With 2500 houses, I'm sure crestcore won't miss me as a client. If I could give it no stars, I would. CrestCore has been our property management company for over 2.5 years and they are terrible. They take forever to respond to urgent maintenance requests, and even longer for regular maintenance requests, if they do anything at all. They use incompetent vendors 99% of the time, which requires additional maintenance requests. It seems nothing will get done unless you follow up with them at least 5 times. I am terribly disappointed. They are continually looking for new business but I would urge any property owner looking for a property management company to steer clear of CrestCore, as they cannot handle the properties they already have. read more

I'm beginning to think the reason they promote "self-service viewings" is because absolutely no one with Crestcore Realty wold be able to hold their head high due to the conditions it seems most of their properties are in. Plus, once they obtain your phone number you will receive random calls where no one is even acknowledging they made the call. I'm out of the rental market in TN, now, but CrestCore was hands' down the best management company for my investment property. I had used a couple of others, prior to finding CrestCore, who I won't name, but they mishandled evictions, collections, questions, insurance claims... and said they are more focussed on investors with multiple properties they manage. If you are an out-of-state invester, I would definitely go with these guys. They would always get back to me with answers to my questions, and would have details on the cost of the repairs, including pics. read more

Crestcore is a JOKE... The property 1138 Wright Rd.... The house on the outside is nice but once you move in all hell break loose the inside of the house is a mess leaks (gas&water) still leaking floors (They painted them) peeling ALL windows painted down heat didn't work but the finally a month later fix them install the kitche cabinet over the stove with no vending hood melting all my seasoning so the brought one still a fire hadzard stove was already here can't use but one side the other side leaking gas if you use it no air had to buy my own but when I asked for credit it's a problem yard was a mess in back had to move it myself just to cut the yard fence broken light outside don't work they painted the tub bathroom wall (tile) cracked up no rails to grip to get up on the porch bedrooms doors wont close probably and the biggest I can't leave home with my husband bc we can't lock the doors on the outside only inside my stove and fridge in 2 separate rooms. I got a messed up deal but I'm trying my best to get at least 1 item a month to fix bc we on disability and can't move again bc we can't afford it. Break box keep throwing the light and power off That was the bad things about it and I don't think the owners know... But if they do SHAME bc they are not living like THIS . so today was my last time reaching out the office bc you get NO HELP at ALL So whoever's over /own Crestcore need to check on the Memphis TN. Office I'll get the work done just reimbursed ME that's ALL problems solve but they dancing around THAT. But be late or don't have it all they emailed you everyday I mean EVERYDAY now they playing dumb this been going on since the virus broke out bc that's what they using as an excuse so will see..... If the owners of the property can get in touch and we talk about it bc Crestcore doing a bad bad job So please do your homework before you end up with a mess bc they don't like fixing NOTHING!!!!!!! This Rating honestly shouldn't even be worth one star. They suckered me in when I first was looking for a house. Very polite, helped out, talked the company up. But, later on when I moved in the house I started expierensing problems with my home. I requested work orders that were never delt with. Later on after I had fixed the problems my self, a tree limb fell on my power line hitting my house and weather head. My roommate is on breathing treatment and it took them 4 days to get it on AND I had to call code enforcement to come fix it. None the less crestcore never came spoiling all my food in the fridge leaving me with no heat when it's COLD outside. Hole in my room that's leaking water that's yet to be fixed. They gave me $75 credit which is no where near $200 worth of groceries. It's now December and it's still not fixed. ***NONE THE LESS*** I had a meeting with the manger at 9:30 in the morning (which I was there for) and he didn't show. So I talked to the lady in the front office, very very rude lady. She said she would have him call at 11:00, no call? I wonder why that is. So I called and she said he's in a meeting he will call after. It's damn near mid January and I still haven't heard from the male manager. I had to physically go to crest core and speak with the manager in collections. (Great lady, her ext. is 33). So now I still have a disfunctonal house that's not really suitable to live in and a roommate that has left because of the poor services of CreatCore. I am a property owner and been with Crestcore a while now. I have been very pleased with their efficiency, friendliness, excellent on-line portal and overal service. I do not know what the tenant experience is but from what I observe Crestcore is very professional with the tenants and fixes problems fast. The dryer in our house stopped working suddenly. I submitted a maintenance request the very next day (April 26). Even though this could have been resolved quickly if there were competent people working at CrestCore, it was a ridiculous fiasco that lasted over A MONTH. It took 1 1/2 weeks for them to send a technician to look at the dryer. And then after the tech told CrestCore it couldn't be fixed and it needed to be replaced, they didn't even let the property owner know! I had to call a week later to ask what was going on, and the property owner hadn't even been told. So then it took another week for the owner to agree to replace the dryer. Then another week for them to tell me when the new dryer installation would take place. So on Thursday May 28, CrestCore calls me and tells me that the new dryer would be installed that afternoon. Finally, we could dry our laundry......NOT. That afternoon, another technician arrived to take a look at the old dryer and to get a quote. I had to inform him that the quote already had been done and a new dryer was supposed to be installed. He was confused and apologized for CrestCore's lack of communication. I called CrestCore afterwards and they assured me that the install was still supposed to happen that day. It didn't....The next day, Friday May 29, Crestcore told me that the install would take place later that day. Once again, it did not. So that evening, I was told it was scheduled for Monday June 1. The installation did in fact finally happen on June 1, FIVE WEEKS after the maintenance request was submitted. Did they install a new dryer? No....it's a very obviously used dryer with dents, scrapes, and even spray paint on it. The guys installing it weren't very professional either, and they even asked me for tools! "You got a screwdriver? You got pliers? Can you clean out the vent?" Overall, this was the worst experience i've ever had with a rental company. They failed to communicate with me, the property owner, and their own maintenance crews. I got excuse after excuse, and even some of my calls and texts were completely ignored. Tried to move in in June 2015. Entire experience was fraught with issues - they never did what they promised to fix the place before moving in. Daughter and friend had allergic reactions to the mold in the house - that they didn't fix before move in day. Spent 6 days in hotels because house was unlivable and they refuse to contact us back about any kind of reimbursement for being homeless those days. We also found myriad other problems with the place - like no working outlets, no working a/c, no working vent to dryer, leak in sink,... no proper ventilation for the hot water heater. Run, run far and fast away from this company. They say they care, but they really, really, don't. read more

This company worst you can rent from, if the home owner want to delay repairs, last year property was without air condition for a month, this time sent request in for repair of breaker box that controls my dryer on Oct. 24,still waiting for owner permisson for cost of repairs today is Nov. 10, also sent in request for pest control, once before was raccoon in attic, they sent some out but this time they text me send pictures of holes at property, and videos of the pest activity since I did not they closed request, why charge owner for pest control, as if I would go in attic looking for animals read more

This is not the company to buy an investment property from. I own 5 other rentals throughout the US and am no stranger to realestate. My wife and I have been ripped off for about $20,000 from Crestcore. Everybody makes mistakes in Realestate and this has been our one big mistake. Here are just a few things that have gone wrong - House went unrented for 5 months, unnecessary repairs, charged double for repairs, no reply to emails or phone calls for weeks, 6 months after the purchase our house appraised for half of what we sunk into it, the list goes on..... We can't even pull our money back out of this house because its not worth what we have into it. Dean Harris "2nd in command at Crestcore" pitched me what sounded like a great opportunity to make some money. Dean Harris is a used car salesman that has cost us a lot of money. Please read the real reviews on Google and Yelp. Don't believe the reviews on the Crestcore website, they are crap. The employee turnover rate is through the roof at this company which is why the property management is so poor. I realize this review probably won't change anybodies mind, however please look at other Realestate companies before you consider this one. This should be your absolute last choice. read more

Worst Company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My lease specifically states that I am responsible for issues under $175.00 that occur during our stay. It also states that any plumbing issues due to a stoppage would be paid for by us. I wasn't even able to move in immediately because my room had flooded and my carpet had mildew due to the length of time it took come & repair the problem. The plumbers came out and stated that the issue was actually due to tree roots growing into the plumbing. However, here it is two months later after the issue. This company refuses to show the invoice. They state that the owner is saying it was due to stoppage. (So its two months later & suddenly it's due to stoppage.) There is still a hole in the yard! The hole is still there showing where the plumbers dug it up to cut the roots. However, now it's due to stoppage. I mean 2 months later and refusal to show an invoice. Not to mention the issues that I requested to be fixed are continually being closed out but never repaired. Of course the owner is saying that they are repaired but I have pictures of the damage! So obviously, it has not been repaired! Furthermore, I had pest control come up and the house has termites. We moved into a termite infested home. No one has come to spray for the termites that were there when we moved in. No one has fixed the requested repairs that were issues when we moved in. Lastly, they are trying to charge us for tree roots growing into the plumbing! The dishonesty from their end is overwhelming. If these issues were actually caused by us. I could see it but these were repairs that should have been done long before we moved in. This was my experience and from reading several of the reviews, others reviews as well. Please think carefully before making a decision to rent with this company. Now, if these issues are resolved. I'll be the first to come & change the review and let everyone know that they actually worked to resolve the issues and everything was taken care of. As of right now. I signed the lease with Crestcore Realty on November 18, 2016. The house that I moved into is nowhere near ready as promised by leasing agent, Debbie. The light bulb is hanging with exposed wire. Busted hot water tank that leaked on first move-in date, I called emergency number to report this, and it took them a whole day to come to shut off the water, and extract the standing water off the floor. I still have no hot water, heat, electrical outlets are loose which presents a fire hazard. I informed them that MLGW can not light pilot on furnace or turn hot water tank on until these units have been repaired or replaced. I brought this issue to Crestcore Realty's property manager, Ben, he was very arrogant and told me that having no heat is no issue and that he'll send portable heaters if it makes it better. I suspect it was sarcasam as no portable heaters made it to my home. He pretty much ignores all calls that are transferred to his extension, and he never returns calls or emails. If you complain "too much" or if you get "too upset" then he will get defensive and according to their policy, they have the right to put your request in last. I haven't been a tenant here for a week, and already regret signing a lease with this Realty Estate company! read more
