From the…read moretime I first called her she never blew me off, explained the process and started to go to work on making me a first time rental property owner. The process to me has seemed seamless as they take care of everything for me as I live out of town. They have found multiple renters, been very cost effective in helping me get the house ready to rent. They removed all the stress out of this process! They keep me informed and I am so happy with the work they have done and look forward to working with them into the future! What a blessing they are to me!

**Review of Crye-Leike Real Estate Marion, AR office**…read more Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Marion Crye-Leike office. I listed three properties with this office in June 2026 under exclusive right-to-sell agreements. Because I live out of state, I specifically needed an agent to manage offers and closings on my behalf. In early July, my agent (Merrell Conlee) notified me by text that a written $80,000 offer had been received on one of the properties. She recommended a "highest and best" process, which I agreed to -- but she never mentioned that the offer carried an expiration date. That offer expired July 5, nearly two weeks before the July 18 highest-and-best deadline she herself recommended. The buyer subsequently resubmitted at $75,000, and the property closed at that reduced price. The original $80,000 written offer was never sent to me. I learned of its existence only through my agent's text messages -- I never saw the document itself. What troubled me most was the complete absence of advocacy from the agent hired to represent me. When the offer came back $5,000 lower, she offered no explanation for the drop and made no apparent effort to correct her own oversight -- no going back to the buyer's agent to acknowledge the undisclosed expiration and ask the buyer to resubmit at the original $80,000. As an out-of-state seller depending entirely on my agent, I was owed representation that protected my interests. I received none. I attempted to resolve this directly with Kristi Brawley, the managing broker of this office. She acknowledged that my agent had not provided me the offer, and her only resolution was a $1,000 reduction in commission -- which I did not accept, as it did not come close to covering the loss. I have since filed a complaint with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission naming both the agent and the managing broker as respondents. My advice to sellers: independently verify every offer's terms and expiration date in writing, and insist on receiving complete copies of all documents promptly -- even though Arkansas licensing rules already require agents to present every written offer to their client.

I prefer to leave a zero raying. they dont deserve none! I have emailed & texted multiple people from the company website. Those devils only one responded. Yet they sent at least 4-6 devils to destroy my fence and created this disturbance and chaos. In my normally peaceful life that I have built! They need to reimburse me immediately! Whereas I am to protect myself and my property!

Working with Reed has been the costliest and most regretted financial decision I have ever made…read more When you add thousands of dollars paid for painting between tenants that they were unacceptably slow in completing to thousands of dollars in mortgage payments made on a vacant home with no tenant while they very poorly marketed the property and charged high markups and coordination fees, the loss was 5 figures. Reed had my property vacant for 3.5 months before I discontinued service with them. When I moved away from them and the property was marketed properly, it did not take very long to place a tenant with a strong income and credit profile who has now leased the property. Reed took 68 days to even list the property for a "small punch list" (their words), cleaning, and painting. Constant delays and not delivering In the amount of time communicated. The worst part was that all of the tours of the property were self-tours, only to find that there was an issue at the property Reed was unaware of. I was already considering firing them, so I sent someone to take pictures, and that person informed me the carpet was wet from a leak. I asked Reed why this leak had not been discovered during tours, only to find out that ALL OF THE TOURS WERE SELF TOURS. Why pay a property manager if they won't even show up to show the place to meet prospective tenants? Finally, other issues were found such as not charging the past tenant for leaving behind significant junk in the shed in the back yard. STAY AWAY

What started out as a plumbing nightmare, ended in a peaceful resolution for my fiancé and I. We spent months searching for a home and when we finally found the one we liked, we reached out to Progress and began the application process (quick and painless). Unbeknownst to us (and Progress), the third party contractors forgot to seal a portion of our shower and the home begin to secrete excess water. Once we relayed the message to Progress, they IMMEDIATELY initiated an investigation to try to remedy the problem. When the contractors were not able to fix the leak quickly, we were presented with several other options so that we could be comfortable. We chose to transfer to another Progress home that is just as beautiful. And, again, the process was quick and painless. We did not have to beg, harass, or threaten the company with lawyers. Every member of the team responded to every text, phone call, email, or voicemail within less than 1-2 hours. Each person involved showed sympathy towards us during this time; however, Raphael Small went above and beyond to initiate and process our home transfer past normal business hours. Throughout this process, we were never left in the dark and all ideas and notions were given to us upfront. Progress Residential actually compensated us for the time and money lost during our move. Neither have I rented from, nor heard of a company that honors it's renters with as much respect as Progress has given us. We are looking forward to renting from Progress until we purchase our own home. If you are looking to rent a home, please consider Progress- they take care of their people! Shoutout to Raphael Small, Trina Miller, and the entire Progress Residential Team!

I would rate 0 stars if I could…read more Progress Residential failed to deliver a move in ready home and refused to work with us to make it right. The house was never maintained and was extremely filthy. When we reported to them, our claim was dismissed and that they'll only fix a few item. The remaining reports are deemed as cosmetic issues. Despite attempting to work with them to find a resolution, they threaten to put us in 'Eviction' status even though we never took possession of the rental property and only inspected the house when we arrived. When the rep called, he said since we want to terminate the lease, we're required to pay 2x rent for early termination and hung up the phone. Now, they attempted to close the case without resolution.
