Then when i wanted to terminate my lease they said I could with 60 days notice. and when i finally departed i was charged security deposit of $3k and then they wanted to charge me for clean and paint on top of keeping my security deposit. I have written and called to complain and give them opportunity to make right and they explained how I didn't follow through with contract when they are the ones that had me Move out early because they rented property. So they are double, triple dipped! Sad to have been a part of this horrible organization and experience. I feel as though i should have not paid last month just to get my money back.
