UPDATE: Got a call from Joe Herrera in the office. He apologized and informed me that this should…read morehave been looked at more closely. He was very helpful in working with us to resolve this. Even gave me his direct email in case I had any other issues. Thank you Joe! Wow. Just got off of the phone about a late fee on my account. NEVER been late and have been living at this property for 4 years. Again...NEVER been late. Our lease was set to end in November of this year, but we extended it to May. I didn't think about needing to update my autodraft for my rent so they charged a late fee once it didn't autodraft. I tried calling their collections group for a WEEK. Left a voicemail, texted their number that was provided in an email notification, tried to get a message through someone in their office...NO response. Called today and couldn't get them so I got someone at the general extension. He went to ask collections if they could make the exception after seeing there were no late fees in my history. When he got back, he informed me that they said they could not make an exception, HOWEVER, I didn't have to pay it all at once. That's not my concern. My concern is that I am NEVER late. Why on earth wouldn't you work with your GOOD tenants that take good care of your properties, that always pay and ON TIME? Terrible service. And this isn't the only issue I have had with them. Maintenance issues as well, but that can be saved for a different review. Thanks for nothing Premiere. Great customer Service.

Do NOT rent from this agency. I wish I had looked at Yelp reviews before I ever rented from this…read moreplace, their Google reviews are flooded with decent reviews, likely due to the fact they hound you when signing the lease to write a review while in their presence, at least in my experience. Shady. This is the worst rental agency I have ever rented from. I was unfortunate to not be able to afford a deposit to move elsewhere, and was stuck in a dingy, disgusting, falling apart home that was ill taken care of prior to my move in. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint. The picture they showed me to justify this was a picture of a PIECE OF TAPE that was left on the wall. Absolute disgusting behavior. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

My experience with this property management team has been extremely disappointing. When I moved in,…read morethe dishwasher was already broken -- something I noted during my self-inspection. After requesting a repair, I was charged for the water supply line being off, even though it was clearly like that when I arrived. That charge should not fall on me. Once the water line was turned on, it caused a flood in my kitchen, which could've been avoided if proper maintenance had been done in the first place. Only after that did they agree to replace the dishwasher -- but even then, I was told a day, not a specific time, making it impossible to properly arrange time off to be present. On top of that, my door lock was damaged from the beginning. It's completely broken now and I can't even turn the lock -- a major safety concern. I've reported this issue multiple times and it's been over a month with no resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect safe living conditions and timely repairs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. -Cora D.

Fantastic communication along with a great combination of technology and good old fashioned know how. They get things done, and know the right people and companies to do it in a timely fashion. Instead of a simple phone call to walk through the payment solution, Eric Dover and Wright Property Management chose to turn the matter over to collections and attorneys within three months, adding hundreds of dollars in fees and filing a lien. Not every 84-year-old homeowner is comfortable navigating digital platforms, automated systems, or online portals. When communication finally occurred, the only "solutions" offered were digital portals and online systems -- despite the fact that the banking fraud itself disrupted the automated payment process in the first place. Dover was rude, curt and uncaring. The HOA dues themselves were paid immediately once the issue was discovered. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of compassion, accountability, and human judgment before escalating legal action against a homeowner with a long history of on-time payments. This experience felt heavily automated, unnecessarily aggressive, and frankly egregious. People working directly with homeowners, especially elderly residents, should understand how to communicate with human beings, not just process them through systems.
