For clarity, our front door is blocked with bricks on both sides. There is no grass in the front of the door for the rock to hit during mowing.

In my case, The Pack Out was done on April 27th, which means he would be responsible until June 27th. After that date I would be responsible for anything afterwards. He honestly had the Pack Out Company send me an invoice for June 24th and thought I was going to sign off. Currently, he will not even give me authorization on the account so I can pay for the remaining days because he is still trying to manipulate and scam his way through this situation. BE AWARE OF HIM!
