This is a great company with great people. I'm impressed with their pricing and service.

Basically came out, spent less than 10 minutes and told me there was nothing they could do (other than charge me $189 for dropping by). This was despite the fact that I had spent nearly $5000 with them over the past two years. Very disappointing customer service although they are probably good at what they do. I had them on my list of good companies to use and recommend. No more. Later the same day. The owner called, apologized, issue resolved. I appreciate the follow up. I had tried to contact him by phone and email earlier so didn't just drop an unfavorable review w/o trying to resolve first but all's well that ends well and I would give them another chance. read more

Very poor customer service practices, lack of communication with customer, and failure to fix our rodent problem. I would not recommend this company. Every time I have tried to get more information about the status and schedule of my account, they have told me that they are swamped and understaffed (as if it's my problem). They also have scheduled work and been a no show and well as not followed up. Very disappointing. After thousands of dollars and months of waiting and construction on our house to fix to gaps, we even had an animal breech our bedroom (with our baby near by) and Apex has not resolved the issue. Very poor customer service and practices! Called for rodent problem- we live in Mid-town, unfinished basement. Josh, who first came to the house did not want to go in our basement. When I insisted he needed to look everywhere, look for damaged wires etc. He told me he wasn't an electrician -"I'm not asking you to fix it", I said. We had had lots of rain prior to his visit, therefore there is some water in the basement. He told me he saw 2 dead rodents. "why didn't you get them"? "Oh we charge $189 to p/u found dead we hadn't trapped". Josh also left a live baited trap beside the access area, Luckily I noticed it as I was reaching for it, otherwise my hand/fingers would have been broken! Josh went back to the office and told everyone we had sewage in the basement and they would need waders. I know this because the next visit a trainee w/ the regular guy talked too much. In front of me telling me everything Josh had said about us and our house! Josh said this, and Josh said that, etc. I told him never to talk in front of a paying customer like that again. They trapped (killed in a trap) 1 rodent- We had payed $425, their initial fee. They make repairs and that $ goes into repairs. I asked the guys for 3 weeks what are the repairs going to be , look like. Nothing. Spoke w/ owner who was concerned about our treatment, I asked him to repay us some of the $425 , since they only got 1 rodent. (was advised of this happening before from 1 of the guys) No was the answer. How concerned? Poor to no customer service! BBB is my next visit! read more

Wish I could give them a zero, wasted over $1200.00 for nothing! Problem.still exists today and they tried to act as if I was not hearing the early morning and late night running in my attic that has continued on a daily basis to this day! My husband and i determined they didn't really know what they were doing and wouldn't use cameras in the attic or for that matter, come by early enough in the morning to hear for themselves! It was always "we've sealed up the entire house, there's no way for anything to get in", and yet we heard the running EVERY morning, and night, for that matter, as we do right now! I called every wildlife and pest remover in Memphis and Apex was the only one that could help me find and remove a wasp nest that was hidden in between the siding of my house and my inside wall. We had been finding wasps inside our house nearly every day and everyone I would call would tell me they're happy to remove the nest if we locate it. But if I could locate it myself I wouldn't need a professional. Apex was the ONLY company who said they could locate the hidden nest. They came out within a day of calling and found and removed the nest within an hour. I can honestly say that they changed my life.
