They said the soonest they could have someone come remove the bat from our hallway was the following Monday, 48 hours later. I called Alpha Wildlife and they had someone at our home in less than an hour. The bat was removed safely and returned to the wild. Alpha Wildlife made an inspection of the attic and exterior to look for signs of other bats and provided good advice for what to look for in future instances of a bat returning to our house. Highly recommend.

Due to quarantine, they were supposed to spray the outside of the house and call to schedule a time to come back at a later date to spray the inside. They never scheduled a time to come back but 4 months later they called and I explained the ordeal and I was told that they'd call back. They never called back. When I called back two weeks later, I was lectured by a woman in collections named Ashley about how I should've called earlier and how they have no records of phone calls taking place. Ashley also told me that I was 30 days away from them sending my $80 charge (even though they didn't spray the inside) to collections. If you value communication and taking responsibility for mistakes, then I wouldn't recommend M&W for you.

I personally now the owners Rich and Julie and can day they are 2 of he nicest people you will ever meet. They not only help out homeowners with animal problems they also help teach other wildlife removal companies some tricks of the trade. Rich and his lead tech Patrick are very experienced in dealing with any wildlife issues. They are also the inventors of the metal bending techniques to block off soffit entry points. This is also an advanced technique that they teach other wildlife companies and at the same time some of the less skilled competitors will try and copy. They say "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" and that is absolutely true here. Richard Hodges is a great member of the wildlife removal community and I'm glad to call him my brother.

First, last year I added mosquito control and saw no difference in the number of mosquitoes, if anything it was worse. Knowing how I review EVERYTHING I knew that couldn't be true and asked for a copy of the contract. Sure enough I could cancel in the allotted time period without a fee. Instead of agreeing to cancel as I requested I was sent through hoops and had to talk to multiple people that kept trying to convince me to keep the services. She advised me to either pay and just have them do the yard THAT WAS JUST DONE or end my services. Thanks but no thanks.
