Since then, I've been charged 11.75%, and despite months of calling both Terminix and SMAC, the issue still hasn't been fixed. About two months ago, a Terminix representative even came to my home with new loan documents and promised to correct the rate within a week. That never happened. I've continued calling weekly and spoken to multiple people at Terminix--every time I'm told it will be resolved, and it never is. I also haven't received any updated loan documents or confirmation via email as promised. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I've been patient and given them more than enough time to do the right thing. Based on this experience, I will never use Terminix again and would not recommend them to anyone
