We recently paid to replace our hard wood floors due to a couple of places where the wood collapsed downward when we stepped upon it. As the floor installers began they found 100s of thounds of termites. I called Action right away and a tech was here in no time. He was stymied since no entry point was discovered. It was an unusual case because the tech could not find where they entered. The termites had damaged about a 6'x18'area. Even though our guarantee requires that Action have an opportunity to see the area before work is begun, they recognized that we would have had no way to know that it was termites. I was contacted that very day by the president of Action and they paid us a very fair payment for the damage. I received a check from the President who delivered it personally. You won't find a more honorable termite control company anywhere. They truly care about their customers. read more

This company sprays your property without calling you ahead of time. Be warned. For the second year in a row the guy shows up unannounced without regard to any pets or children around at the time of spraying. He says "oh the pets will run away as they see me coming" with the high power poison gun, um, not the disabled pet that resides under the shady deck you just sprayed with termite/cricket/spider poison. It wouldn't be so bad, except this guy is the manager and he had a less than stellar experience at my place last year because of this same scenario. When I was upset last year, he should have marked "call first" on my account. read more
