When they call to set up our appointments or I call with an issue, the receptionist, Rama, is always sweet and remembers us. Setting appointments is easy and if I have to cancel or when I have forgotten they are so kind about it. This week I had set the quarterly spray and the termite check back to back. These guys are great. Stephen knows our crawl space well. This old house (foundation is well over 100) is still standing partly due to his keeping the termites at bay. He checks our regular issues and reports what we need to do- water leaks, old pipes, rotten floor joists. He sees whatever we need to address or keep an eye on. Chris takes care of the rest of the bugs and is glad to come back if need be for any pest problem.
