They never scheduled a time to come back but 4 months later they called and I explained the ordeal and I was told that they'd call back. They never called back. When I called back two weeks later, I was lectured by a woman in collections named Ashley about how I should've called earlier and how they have no records of phone calls taking place. Ashley also told me that I was 30 days away from them sending my $80 charge (even though they didn't spray the inside) to collections. If you value communication and taking responsibility for mistakes, then I wouldn't recommend M&W for you.

He would cut some up. He would scratch up my tables. Burn my DVDs with a lighter so It wouldn't play. The last time he came into my apartment​ when I was away, he tore into my duffle bag and jerked off on my items inside the bag and placed it back in the bag.
