Zero!! feedback, the most awful experience!…read more The most disappointing experience, I usually don't have the time for a review, but this time it felt so necessary. Customer service was awful! The lady was very upset the moment we arrive. We bought a 3-hour time slot with the company, and the owner lady said,"We close at 4, and I have somewhere to go(birthday meal), and there is no way I'm staying here for this!" saying this in a very agitated way, facing us. Got 2 hours. Safety gear was awful; we were promised proper safety gear. But we ended up begging for some safety gears. 3 of our kids only got an old worn-out jacket; the jackets were so old that they couldn't close the bellcroat . We literally beg for these old rags for safety! The woman was not helpful at all. The lady said,"This is all we've got left and nothing else," and she didn't want to go find the other gears til my husband insisted. Washroom! There was only one outhouse, with no water and no soap for handwashing! at this spot. There were 2 little kids running around, without proper supervision, and the adults were literally shouting at them. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. I don't wish this for any parents. NEVER AGAIN VISIT THIS PLACE.

Especially since it was a hot day, we wanted to try the woods in the shade for at least one of the matches, but he just said, "Yeah, why don't we play another game here." Just didn't really seem to care. Worst of all, I reported afterwards that on the other team, the players deliberately shot us after play had been halted, at close range. That is, I described to the business some unsafe play that is against their rules. Have yet to hear from them . . . Again, it's like they just don't care. Additionally, be aware: Price of refill paintballs is higher than what's listed on their web site. Purchased our passes through International Paintball Group, so will try the Niagara or Barrie location, to see if they care about their customers a bit more.

NOPE NO NOPE Came in…read moreon Sunday, 3 Birthday parties at the same time what a mess, overcrowded and completely unsafe. 60 dollars for like 3 games about 5 minutes long. Place was disgusting, THE TOILETS reeked and you can smell it down the hall, there's 1 toilet per gender so you can imagine how much it gets used. It's completely unsafe, the place was so understaffed they didn't even check waivers or people's gears. Some people were using guns with a PSI rating wayy too strong for what gear they give to the public. Clearly the owners are greedy, the prices are crazy it's almost 3 times what you pay for outside for paint balls and bear in mind they get supply shipments for it. But holy hell, of course their buisness comes from parties so why even try to make the prices even remotely believable. The Paint ball arena was fine, if you're a rookie be ready to be so dirty you throw away your shoes at the end of the day. Some places were very slippery and steep even though we are signed up for it we saw two people break their ankles that day. Overall, It's cheaper to buy your own gear and have a paintball party at someone's back yard than to ever plan a party bere. Absolute bonkers.
