The quote was extremely reasonable. They told me three days, to cut it out, fabricate a new metal piece, grind it, primer and paint. In exactly the third day I was able to pickup my Tahoe at 4:30pm. The repair is flawless, you can't even tell the above was done to it. I would highly recommend Scrappy's to anyone looking for rust repair.

I arrived at my appointment time and waited a few minutes for my advisor, Nicholas. Nicholas was awesome - very welcoming, warm and personable and really good at his job. I informed him of a couple of other issues I was having other than needing the routine service and he made sure they were addressed. I also informed him of the time I needed to be picked up that afternoon and he arranged that perfectly. The "shuttle" driver was also very friendly and drove with care. She dropped me off and picked me up without a problem. I was very pleased overall with my experience and will be sure to use Mercedes-Benz of Princeton again in the future.

From start to finish, they were very professional and polite. I mostly dealt with Stuart in sales, but the other person I spoke with in the store was also very friendly and polite. The cars were clean and in good shape, and BB Motorcars allowed me to take the two that I was interested in to my own garage to get them checked out. Both cars passed with only minor issues. In fact, of the six cars that I had my garage inspect as possible candidates, only two passed muster--the two that came from Blue Bell Motorcars. For the past five years I've experienced something that I never had in the 35 years prior in dealing with auto repair/maintenance shops: total confidence in the expertise, integrity, and fair-pricing of the work being done on my car. The owner/master-mechanic is Howard, who grew up in the Shop when it was operated by his dad and uncle ("Mike & Irv"). When parts were not available till the next day the owner Ron personally drove us to a hotel as well as picked us up the following morning when repairs were done as soon as parts arrived. I took my Jeep Wrangler there to have tail lights changed out and my inspection done. They found…read moresome rust on the frame that needed repairing badly that I was unaware of. I should've known it's a jeep. My jeep is a 2006 with 133,000 miles on it. I am the only owner. They found the rust, made a few phone calls, and had the rust repaired and welded PROPERLY all while I was traveling and did not need the vehicle for a few days. They also completed the inspection, tail lights, brakes and rotors, along with a few other minor repairs by the time I returned. My jeep runs great and smoother then it has in a while!
